I am married and have a 5 year old son. We werent married when I became pregnant so my whole family calls him a bastard child. They have seen him a few times but never alone due to that and catching them teaching him they were his mommy and daddy as a baby. My question is we are moving from florida to ny and want to know if they have any legal rights to stop us from moving and fight for overnight visitions

we dont know each other at all well alittle about ech other n i said this on myspace.."i have fallin in love with you" we work at the same place n see ech other for an hour. but how can i say im sorry for saying this she says she dont believe in love tht fast.. and that i have no clue who she is what makes her tick whats her fav color and says im just infatuated with her n she told the manager n now i cant talk to her... n the manager said she wanted to be friends ((1st)) n tht she said i was agressive and too shy. for some reason i cant say nething to her when i see her but i can talk fine with other ppl not her i cant figure out why i cant thts why i thought i was in love with her.. now everytime i see her she looks me dead in the face and i cant understand if she wants me to say something or not but everytime i pass her i look back n she's looking back too idk what to do n tday i pased her n said u still mad at me n she kept wlking idk if she heard me cause ima low speakerNEHELP?

ok there was rumors going around that my boyfriend was cheating on me...so all day i was really mad at him, and then he was wondering why..well saturday he broke up with me because he said he needed to fix things up...he wasn't cheating on me...and now hes mad at me because he said"well you believed them when you should've came and talked to me"...so yesterday i wrote him a note saying sorry and all and yet he is still mad at me....i need to know what i can do to get him talking to me again so at least we can be friends and work our relationship up again!!!

I'm kinda enduring an awkward situation at work. One of my closest guy friends works at the same place as I do and I began to develop feelings for him though he has a gf. I told him I liked him and I felt it was best that we ignore each other for awhile so I can get over him. Anyway he asked me if I wanted to hook up with him, i said i did, but then he said i should do it with another guy I like. Anyway during all of this, I got mad at him for jerking my feelings around and I ended up calling him a dog, but then I apologized. The thing is I said all of this via text. The next day I wrote him a letter saying how sorry I was for how I acted, and that it was better that we treat each other as professionals since he has a gf and I need to move on. The thing is that he ignored me. So far, we've been ignoring each other for the past 3 weeks and now it is awkward and i miss talking to him sometimes. Whenever we pass each other it is awkward, though he doesn't seem to care.

Everytime that my partner and I have sex, he tries to last for a long time the longest we've had sex is for has been an hour and 1/2, but I was still left wanting MORE!!! I really like someone. We have never talked face-to-face in person for a long conversation, but I see him everywhere, we bump into each other, and all of my friends are close friends with him. k folks,i need some advise-i truly love my bf and I know he does too.But due to family issues we will not be able to get married to each other.So,we mutually decided we'll stay till the day of crisis hits us.But this guy,he finds girls to talk on craigslist and posts ads like 'lets hang out' and his conversations with xyz females are like 'i had a gf and i broke up with her 6months bac...and now i am single.Whenn was with her i nevr had any time for myself in the weekends' and wat not.But tht wasn't the case! we have fun in the weekends with rest of our frndz and sometimes I tell him he shud go out with boys and have fun but he willingly pulls me in. And now I see all this sh%$ in his conversations. Its unbelievable and it hurts!!When i ask him he says I was drunk and not in senses..but I very well know thts not the case either.
What shud I do with this guy? Should I believe him and give him a chance or he's no more trust-worthy?(oo, i shud add tht this isnt the first time!)

I'm 35, professional female, single and I like this guy I know at my work he's 43 white professional male, seemingly single . We walk together along with two other colleagues every day. Last December (06) the two of us went out to see shows (twice) they were shows I had brought up and he said he was interested to see them so we went and saw them and he took me to dinner afterwards both times. But, he hasn't asked me out yet. He hasn't called even though he has my cell phone number(and he sees me at work every day). Today, as we were walking (it was just the two of us today, the other two couldn't make it), I asked him if he has heard about a movie, blood and chocolate, and he said he may have read about it and as we were talking about the movie, I said I'd like to see it because it sounded different and he said "ok if you're interested we can go see it this weekend. Think about it"!!Then we decided Saturday will be a better day. Will he confirm? Should I? Is he just being polite?

My husband stays up every night either on the computer or talking on the phone with friends. One is female the other is male. I usually fall asleep around 10 and have asked him to come to bed earlier, even if just to cuddle, and he ignores my requests. What should I do?
