Every chance you get - especially when they least expect it. I made a beautiful Valentine's Day card for my husband and I gave it to him last week! He was thrilled.
In September, we'll be celebrating our 45th - still madly in love.

I find it better to get gifts out of the blue. I rarely get Valentine or birthday gifts and just slightly more often anniversary and christmas gifts.
I do however shower her with flowers, cards, candy, coach bags, gift certificates and the such on non-holiday/special days. I find it easier to surprise her with the gifts when I do it this way.
She loves it so I am gonna keep it up.

It is best to give a present when it is least expected and for no other reason than the special place someone has in our hearts! Make it simple and sincere and he
ll love you that much more!

During Valentines,instead of going out to eat, make him his favorite food, anything he reminds you of that he likes, start making that food, if you could if not than go out to eat in a restaurant, get a gift for him and wrap it in a nice package,with a envelope studded on top on it.
The best time to give him a gift would be Valentines Day or his Birthday.

During any special occassion such as your anniversary, his birthday, and during unexpected moments such as after a hard day from his work,etc.But the gift of love must be given whenever the need arises,especially when he is down,make sure you are there to encourage him.Those things are more important gifts than any material gift and you can give it to him at any time.

how about birthday, christmas, sweeties day, valentines day, anniversary, anniversary of the day you first met(my favorite) or just because(second favorite)
