is this true? i found it on some website.

"Finally, if you have been served with divorce papers you only have 30 day’s to respond. (in some states 10 days) if you do not respond your spouse will get everything she has asked for. If there are children, you could lose forever your right to have a substantial visitation relationship with your kids. The worst thing you can do is nothing at all!. By not responding you are giving up a number of your significant rights as a father."

also i have your opinion to ask. if you just had your first little girl 10 days ago and you caught your husband asking for naked pictures of underage girls online, having cyber sex with them and masterbating to them, and find saved webcam videos of little kids having sex,and turn him into the police, do you think he should be allowed supervised visitation with the child? i dont think my husband should but a lot of people are telling me i'm being selfish. i just want to see other opinions

Hello, I just heard about an adoption situation where the potential birthmother is planning to parent one baby and make an adoption plan for the other. This to me seems really, really sad that the babies can't stay together, and that such a very special bond will be broken. On the other hand I admire her for seeing and admitting that she is unable to parent two babies at this point of her life. I guess it's better for them to be separated and both have wonderful lives, then for them to remain in a situation that the Mom can't handle. Does anyone know of any psychological effects they may suffer from later in life due to this? What do you think?

Anyways, I am wondering if I should get out of this relationship (we have a child) before my self esteem and sanity, go right out the window. He is always "forgetting" what I ask or say to him, yet he will remember anything to do with sexual activity.
He never listens to me unless the word sex in it, otherwise Im talking to a brick wall.
The only thing that will send his temper through the roof (and he will make me look like the bad guy) is if you refuse to have sex with him, anything else doesnt even come close.
When I was 8 months pregant, he tried to kill me by strangulation (he makse it sound less serious than it was) I gave him a second chance (i know stupid), to this day he doesnt show any remorse for it, he just says "sorry" with no real emotion.
Looking back for the last 3 years, I have realised that I wasnt ever happy, just "rolling over"....I want out, I have told him and he threatens to take my son away. I dont know what to do, cause I am a stay home mom.

I really like this guy, and I don't know what to do. A lot of my friends says he feels the same way. All the signs that everyone talks about are there. Such as he always looks me in the eyes when we talk, and when we are out with a group he seems to focus on me more. He always hugs me last, which my guy friend says is a good thing. He leaves messages for me saying things like "That's pretty hot" on photos. He spends time alone with me. I guess its mostly in the things he says, the comments he gives me. He told me that I need to turn 21 sooner so that "we" can go out. When we're out I'm told we already look like we're dating, which I could see and I have had people ask me "how's your boyfriend?" I think what is really confusing me is that most of all his friends are girls, or thats only who I hear about. And I just don't get it and how he acts around them. So am I getting good signs, bad signs or am I just wasting my time. Anyone have any help? PLEASE! I don't know what to do.

Additional Details
He seems to enjoy spending time with me. I brought him back a gift from a vacation and asked me to spend the next day with him testing it out. He wants to take me out, or thats what I got from him saying that he wants me to turn 21 so we can go out.

What are signs a guy would give if he liked a girl, and what sign's should I give to him?
Another detail, he never moves away from my touch. I have heard thats a good thing. Sometimes he would have the chance to move away from the touch, like if I pass something to him. And he never seems to move if I stand closer to him. Ect Ect. Ect.

I have been having sex with this guy like for the past four months, has not asked me out since. he has on more then more one occasion said he wants to be with me but does not want to be in a relationship. Well recently we decided to both be just friends but after that decision we have had sex again. It is so hard for me to resist. Now we are just friends I realize how much i enjoy his company and how he makes laugh, etc. I feel deep down that he does want to be with me. I feel he does not want to explore his options before he commits. I dont know if he really wants to be with me or what i need sum guidance.

I love a girl..but due to certain mistakes I am at the stage of loosing her..

.......some points
(1) She doesn't know me very well..
(2) She is a girl who doesn't want to involve in such things..but when I said so she was taking interest on me..but I expressed my feelings to her repeatedly , even I never gave any space to think much about me..and moved very fast... one day she said..please stop irritating me.
(3).She is really nice to everybody ..but very hard to me...always talk in the way that she has not a bit interest on me...I have no concern for your emotions.
(4)Somebody else is also interested on her...

help me how can I improve my relationship? She is far from me..studying..I am in job.
How can I know the relation status of that third person and her..

I have been with my boyfriend for a while now and when he tells me he loves me, i just can't tell him it back. The thing is i really do love him! I don't know why it's not like i haven't told a guy i love them before. And i really don't think it's because of any trust issues i have. I admit i have trust issues but all of my trust issues are with girls. A guy has never given me a reason not to trust him.

Can anyone tell me why i just can't tell him I love him?

My stepdaughter, "Lois," is 30 years old and has one young child. They have recently begun to visit us every Sunday. Each visit begins about 2 p.m., runs through dinner and ends well after 8 p.m. These are not visits by invitation.
Lois doesn't offer to help with cleanup or setup, nor does she bring a dish. In my family, we contribute. Sometimes a family member may ask us to help clear the table or put food away. Would it be considered improper etiquette to ask Lois to prepare a dessert for the next visit or help with the dishes? My husband thinks it is rude to ask this of anyone, no matter how many times they visit. I think a guest runs out of free meals after a while.
I don't mind the visits, but I'd appreciate a little help. Recently, Lois yelled, "See you next Sunday," as she left. What's your opinion? -- Help Wanted

Sorry, I am just curious. One day we were having a class. I was walking to the guy who liked me and noticed that he had an erection there. I pretended not seeing that. He found a jacket to cover that part. I didn't wear anything special that day. Just jeans and shirt. The only possible reason might be that I showed a little bit cleavage. But he has girlfriends before and we are in college not high school. Wasn't he too sensitive?

I am a 40-year-old single mom. I work part time and am nearly finished with my college education. I am in love with "Michael." We have been living together for a year, and he is a great deal of help with my children.
Michael pays the majority of the bills with no complaints. He is a very successful businessman, extremely generous to my children, and he dotes on me. My problem is, Michael never wants to get married. He is content with the way our relationship is now. We have had the conversation about marriage several times, but I always end up frustrated and upset.
We have both been married before. Michael always knew my intentions were to be in a stable relationship that would end in marriage. Knowing this, he still maintains a relationship with me.
I know Michael loves me tremendously, as I do him. What now? Should I sacrifice my happiness and continue this near-perfect relationship, or should I give him an ultimatum? -- Driving the Wrong Way on a One-Way Street

I caught my husband telling a 17 year old he would move her down here if we split up. Found the archives of the conversations the whole nine and yet he denied it. I was out of town when this occurred and in one of the instances where he swears he wasnt on, he was online with me and this girl at the same time. He is 29 and she is 17. There is more than just the moving in too.
