I have been with my bf for a little over a yr now, and we have lived together for about 7 mo. and he is obsessed with knowin when i fart or take a ****. He was married before, so he says its no big deal, but i still feel wierd about it. Am I just being normal or what?

I think the reason he does that is so you'll be 100% comfortable around him. I had a boyfriend who was like that, he said it was because it showed him that I was comfortable around him. Of course, he didn't last long...but that's not why. Then again, he wasn't really obsessed with it, he just told me that he didnt want me to hide it from him lol. It's normal for you to be uncomfortable about it.

You're normal. He's weird - although, a lot of men have a strange obsession with farts. It could be worse - he could be freaking out that you actually do those things.
If it makes you uncomfortable, ask him to stop. He should respect your wishes, especially if it's NOT a big deal, as he says.

Is it a joke or something? I know it's not a big deal, but why is he making it a big thing by even asking? Does he share his poopy fun with you?
Maybe he's trying to make you comfortable about it by talking about it and making it seem like it ain't no thang. lol
Now I think it's really funny and big kiddish of a man to drag his wife into the bathroom and say "hey honey! take a look at this one!" haha I laugh just thinking about it. Guys are just big kids. It's actually funny sometimes.

he shouldnt be obsessed with knowing when u go especially if it makes u uncomfortable. it so happens that he will just know that uve gone to the loo or if the farts smells he would know. I believe u dont have to give him the details. its normal to be freaked out with an obsessive behaviour

ha ha I always tell my boyfriend when I have to poop he thinks its funny. I fart in front of him too, we always get a laugh out of it...its a good time, good bonding :) just go for it. Youll feel better after a couple times.. I promise....
