I have been with my boyfriend for a while now and when he tells me he loves me, i just can't tell him it back. The thing is i really do love him! I don't know why it's not like i haven't told a guy i love them before. And i really don't think it's because of any trust issues i have. I admit i have trust issues but all of my trust issues are with girls. A guy has never given me a reason not to trust him.
Can anyone tell me why i just can't tell him I love him?

well,it's easier for us guys to say I love you to somebody,dosn't really seem important to us...it's natural for you to not wanna say it...commitment,after you say it,your'e officially locked in and not only do you know it but everybody else does too

well as an avid reader of romance novels i think it your hearts way of telling you that you are not ready to make that final commitment of love. I believe that you wish to test your current bf before you can fully immerse yourself in this relationship. The others were causal so you had no qualms about saying those words. But since you feel deeply about him your heart is checking if he is truly worthy of your love

but when you ready to tell him,then the words will come out,
just dont let it mess with your head.

because you don't. if you love him it's okay, but are you IN love with him? you'll know when you are, you won't be able to NOT say it. so just take it easy, it'll happen for you when it's right.

MAY BE YOU DO NOT LOVE HIM..THERE IS A REASON. YOU NOT CAN BRING YOURSELF TO TELL HIM .TALK TO HIM .BE SURE .OF YOUR FEELING BEFORE YOU MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS
