Ok well this is my situation! My boyfriend and I were having problems and he went to jail for 3 months. We have a 5 month old son and he's been ;locked up for 2 weeks and just last friday I found out I'm a month pregnant!! I have to take care of our son on my own, take care of our apartment, bills, his court and being pregnant!!!! How am I ever going to make itthrough this ALONE??!! I could really use some advice PLEASE!!!!!!!

So my bf of four years asked me to marry him last night. I am very happy and love him very much.

Here is the thing. It isn't the first time he's asked me and I've said yes. This is the third time. He said that he was getting a nice ring on Valentines Day. But he offered me the ring that I gave back to him three times...each time he broke up with me.

At first I said no, the ring is jinxed. But he looked at me and I could see in his eyes he wanted me to wear it. It's on my finger now.

My question is...am I jinxing our engagement by wearing a tainted ring? Even if there supposedly will be a "new" ring?

I talked to my mom and I think I am so ready to leave my mentally abusive, controlling, free loading boyfriend. I've been with him for over two years, but I think I am ready now.

HOW DO I KEEP THIS FEELING??? I DON'T WANT TO LOSE IT OR LET HIM SWEET TALK ME BACK INTO STAYING AGAIN!! THIS IS IT!!!

it not work out, but want to get back with the person you but never tell him/her? Why not? Did you feel you hurt that person to much? Did it end badly? Was it Pride? My ex left me,we exchanged hurtful words.,we never did before. He left me to be with another girl, one night stand he got pregant,this all happened before we met, but he wanted to be a part of the childs like, and i told him he should,but i never thought he would go back with the mom,someone he didn't respect, the reason he didn't stay with her to begin with. But, now they are not together shockingly. But most of the times the person comes back,yet he never did. I dont want him back because he hurt me so bad, but in a way,it would have been nice to know he was sorry or he regretted it...maybe he is not. I don't know,thats why I am asking the opinions of others. We were together for almost 2 yrs. He was w/ her for 3 months. We are 29. He knows I told my family and I had to seek therapy bc of all this. Maybe he's ashamed?

My long-distance boyfriend of 3 years told me last night that he's fed up to come home always to an empty flat alone and that he was wishing I was there. I thought it's sweet and told him that I miss him too,that it'd be nice if we could organise a meeting. We see each other about once a month. This morning he sent me a text that he didn't say it to be sweet and that he's fed up of having a girlfriend who's far and that it's been too long like this and he doesnt want to continue like this. I told him that I understand him but what does he want to do? He said we really need to think about it and he said not to expect always a solution from him, I also need to do something. He was looking for a job near me but could not find one. I started to be scared and asked him if he wants to end it. He got upset and told me that I always take everything as a threat instead of trying to find a solution with him and that he doesn't like that. He said to stop worry like that. We'll talk tonight.

well, i heard this story about a girl who got raped then she got pregnant due to that rape, and she was only like 14 or 15, and she decided to not have an abortion! i mean, wasnt it traumatizing enough to get raped but then to be a pregnant teenager?! and i know that this happens to many people (teenagers) and they decide to keep the baby...i know if i was in her place i would definately get an abortion... my question is how can someone go through with something like that? how can someone have such a strong heart?

Okay, so I managed to call a guy to ask him to the Sadie Hawkins dance, and at first he said yes, but then he called back and told me that his parents aren't letting him go to any dances until next year...was it because he doesn't like me, or was it total rejection? I'm so confused! He added that he would have loved to go with me and told me he'll go with me next year, but I'm not sure if he was just being nice, or if he really meant that. By the way, his parents are VERY religious, so I was wondering if taht was the problem...

There's this guy I met only last Sunday, and he's very nice. Later on that week, we would talk together about "stuff" in general and could basically talk anywhere from 30 minutes to hours. One time we got so deep into our conversations that I missed my bus stop. By this past Saturday (yesterday)--he asked me out to lunch, and I agreed to go, thinking it would be a "low key" get-together.

Anyway, instead of carry conversation like we normally do, he got straight into talking about his views on marriage and asked about mine.

While I agreed with some of his views and was a little uncomfortable about telling mine, I couldn't help but wonder HOW OLD he was.

After lunch, I came straight out and asked him: "How old are you?"--- He's 33 while I'm 19! I'm only a second-year college student, while he's an adjunct professor at a nearby law school and is the Director of a mediation program at Safe Horizon.

Should we go any further beyond just Friends?

First of I would like to thank those who have tried in helping me find the ex's children's biological father. Was able to find him and have made contact. For ten years this man was denied anything to do with his children after a break up. He spent the last 10 years searching for his children, could not find them as mother kept her phone unlisted and his calls non stop to the maternal grandparents was refused to be acknowledged, all messages were deleted. This man has kept every phone record and every other receipt such as lawyers he's seen trying to find them. (Lives in different country) Yes he's now filing with the courts now that he has a location of the mother. I was just curious how often do mothers do this to their children when a break up happens?

Our beloved dog we thought was lost over 3 months ago and I just found out that my upstairs neighbor's daughter gave him to a friend of hers. How do I approach my neighbor her mother about this. We aren't close but we are civil to one another becuse we share the house. I'm upset as well as my children whom her daughter gives a ride to school to my older daughter. It's just how can you look your neighbor in the face when you know they are looking for their dog in all the time you knew where their dog was in the first place?

But, srsly.
I am dating this guy, named, well, I ain't going to say his real name, so, lets call him..Jeffrey.
jeffrey and me were dating in november, and I went to las vegas (what happens in vegas, stays in vega, lmao, no, nuthin like that) and he managed to tell everyone he broke up with me, and he started dating some blonde chick!
I mean, sure, she's a blonde chick with a nice butt,
but I'm a brunnette/blonde chick who's smart and not fat, like her!
Anyway, I guess I shouldn;'t be so mean about her, lets name her, Morgan. Because shes coming to mine and my BFFs party, and she's cool.
Anyways. He cheated on me. People tryed to convince me that it was a misunderstanding, but I refused to listen, sinc ehe hadn't asked me out again. So, A couple weeks ago, me and my friend, lets name her, Bagel (thats her nickname, mmkay?) made gingerbread houses with my friend/baby(tween) sitter. Anyways, we ate it without usiing our hands because thatr was fun.

why tell your boyfriend you love them when you dont. my x used to tell me i love you at least 5 times a day and i believed her because i loved her as well. our relationship lasted 6 months and she decided to break up with me. in a matter of 2 sentence she said im not in love with you, but i love you very very much. yeah okay. yes i know theres a difference but come on you just dont fall out of love over night thats impossible. we havent been together for a month and i havent heard from her in over a week but i still think of her everyday and i do still love her even thoughi know shes moved on. ok back to my question why why why do woman lie and tell you they love you
