Ask her when she is alone so she doesn't feel pressured.

Hay there,
First of all how old are you? Reason being, is that its always nice to get to know the girl first before making moves on her. Like take her out for a drink as friends and see if she is into you are not. And if you are still young, get a dvd or go and watch movies as friends and once you feel comfortable around, asking her out will be a breeze.

Life's too short. Just ask her, "if you're not doing anything and you have some free time do you think we could get together some time?" Maybe go to ___? Or do this or that?___ Find a common ground. You can ask her what she likes etc... Just remember she's a person; a human being like yourself. Not a foreign body from another dimension who can't be approached. If you act half way decent she'll respond likewise. Then take it from there.

The biggest piece of advice I can give to you is to ASK HER OUT IN PERSON! It will seem more sincere, and there will be a greater chance of her saying yes.
Ask her something along the lines of if she can see you guys as more than friends (if you already are friends). If she says yes, tell her that you feel the same way. Maybe you can ask her to be your girlfriend or something like that. All guys ask out girls differently. Almost all girls love romantic things like looking at the stars or taking a walk together or something like that. She will probably like it more if it spontaneous (to her, not you) and romantic.

ok go up to her and like * this is an example*if it is at a coffe shop by her coffe and just go up and say hi and if she is alon say my i sit down i saw that u wher alon so somthing like that.
now for the real thing make shure she is alon and just inderduse ur self and get a confesation going and then say see u later mabey or want to go to the mall somtime or wont to hang out later wont to meet some wher wont to see a mve some time give her ur phone # and just tell her to cal me somtime and if u are bord and then talk to her at school not alot and dont anyo her!

You need to do something really sweet like get her a fish bowl with one fish in it and say out of all the fish under the sea will you go out with me? Or something like that. Really creative and sweet and she could never say no.

Talk to her for a while to get a feel if she is interested in you and if you think she is just ask her. If you get the feeling that she would rather have a root canal than talk to you, don't ask!!

Find something your both interested in, and arrange something with her to do with that interest. (Say if you both like ice skating, go with her to a rink).
There is no right or wrong way to ask someone out, but make sure that is something that is special to both of you.

you could just straight out ask her out. im a girl, believe me she will be flattered that you had so much courage. if she doesnt want to, then just remember...you took the chance. at least you wouldnt wonder what if.....
