My wife is from NY and I'm from CA. We live in CA for the last few years and have one child. If we divorce...can she take the Kid out of state back to NY? Do I have any rights to keep my kid in CA. Visitation to NY is kinda far.

Second marriage and after over 10 years he still holds my first against me. I am emotionally deprived if I mention my ex and he totally withdraws for months. I can't help but wonder if I should just give up and move on, especially since my love is obviously not enough for him to trust me. What should I do?

I ve dated Sue several times . we kind of giggled whenever we met .I thought our relationship is enjoyable even though its not serious. Yesterday I made a bad joke about her new bought ring. I told her

" your new ring looks more beautiful than your eyes."
she replied "it costed 50$ if my ring is more beautiful than my eyes how much do cost my eyes?"

she was hurt . I said sorry. I said nonsese.please forgive me.

today I called her but she said " I cant find nothing serious about you . goodbye"

I like her . I want her . How can I GET HER BACK. I realised I like her very much.

Everytime we have a row, she dont want to see me and dont want anything to do with me for days on end and then wants to see me but dont want to discuss why we had a fight etc. She says all i ever do is talk about things. And all i do is talk talk talk. I see that talking is the only way to communicate emotions effectively and to understand why we argue and fight. thus talking and learning lessons in the future. I often ask what she wants from me, but she says she dont know She says she wants a boyfriend when things are good but when we fight she dont want a boyfriend. I feel she picks me up and puts me down at her convienince and often feel rather used. I aske her today if she could tell me one thing she has done nice for me. She couldnt. Am i wasting my time????

I'm hoping this generality does not hold true, and I would be happy to hear from anyone who contradicts it.

I was maried for 10 years, and I adored my wife. After she asked me for a divorce, I realized we had different visions of the place of a "partner". In my mind, she was an end in herself, important just because she was her. After listening to her reasons for divorce (money, etc.) I realized I was only a means to what she wanted in the world, and that she was more interested in gaining those things then trying to get them with me. Since then I have seen the same pattern in the words and behavior of most of the women I have interacted with. Without any ethical judgement, since it may simply be a difference in function of the feminine, is this inevitably the focus women? Will women always value what I might do for them more than me as such?

Ok she is to Embarrassed to post on here so I am asking this for her.. I keep telling her to move on but she woun't listen.
She has been with a married man for 4 years now!!
She has a child by him and 2 other children by another marrige.
He lives with her and has for over a 18months
The thing is he is still married. He keeps telling her he will divorce his wife, but he hasn't he still talks ( in Private ) to her and goes over to her house to pay bills they have together and see his 3 dogs they have.
But her tells her ( my friend its over between them)
50% of his stuff is still there and he tells her she won't let him have it. What is going on? Why can't she let him go? Why can't he Divorce his wife and move on with her? This man has been married to his wife for over 15years.. I told her maybe they should all move in together. Because he is never going to divorce his wife.
I just want what is best for my friend and I don't think this is!

I recently became really close friends with this girl. Her brother is someone who I used to hang with alot and had a crush on. He's been locked up for about 4yrs and my friend got him to write me a letter (shes trying to get us hooked up), so we've been writing eachother for a few weeks and he asked if I would wait for him to get out of jail and see how things will work out between us. He is supposed to be home in March which isn't that long of a wait. He says he is not going to get in any more trouble when he gets out because he never wants to go back to jail.

He went to jail for something really stupid but he got alot of time because he had been in trouble before.

What do you think I should do in this situation?

we have been together for 17 years, 2 kids, but somethings missing. she works at a bar/resteraunt, 4 days a week till 12 at night, on her days off, she leaves at 6pm comes home at 12:30
at night. i really only see her 15 hours a week. their is no real sex,
but she says that this is the type of person she is. that she has to shop everyday, hates sex,wants to be alone,and does not like to do things. but she never says where she is, and her phone im not aloud to use or see. am i wrong to feel like she is cheating on me.

Heard about these and they sound lots of fun for couples.

Ie one small bit goes in girlfriends undies... BF gets the radio remote for the day as out on the town and gets to be a total brat setting it off all the time say when gf is in a posh shop, and the phone to mum, talking to a nun.

Thinking more of acting very immature like teasing gf till she chases you to get the remote back.

I just moved to the New York to work as a nurse..I am half Japanese and Filipino so i lived in both countries....Everyone there was nice to me in my home land..and i am also very nice to everyone..

I am rather a tall Slim person but with rather bigger breast then average which are REAL!!i am a healthy person!! i am also nice to all my new co workers thats here in the states..at first i didnt mind that they were mean to me because i taught thats how they are here at first..

when i am out the room i always hear them talking about me..they even made rumors saying i slept with Doctor Reyes and he payed for my boobs!! and i always throw up my food..i am stupid and alot of mean things!

I have never expirence this before i didnt know people can do or say that to me? it never happen to me in my country before i am thinking about just moving back...

Once i have siblings, my parents became very biased in that they love the younger ones more and expect you to help look after them. When my younger brother and sister were born, i had to give up learning piano because there was not enough money. Whenever things went wrong or happened to the two young ones, my parents will immediately point finger at me and question me. Hello... Ok any women out there been in a long term relationship that you lost interest in? How long of trying to break up with the guy did it take before you two actually broke up. If he made you feel bad about breaking up with him how long did you stay with him out of pity.

Me and my girlfriend have been together for 5 years 11 months and she has lost interest most likely. She came to me a few times after we fought about something else and told me i want to break up, and it had nothing to do with the fight i was going to tell you any way. Then when i go out she gets jealous and calls and texts me all night and when she goes out she texts me i love you and i miss you. If she lost interest why is she doing that or is she looking for attention?
