Every situation is life is different and only you can decide for yourself the way you inevitably feel. Everyone makes mistakes and wise person will learn from mistakes to improve their futures. The past can not be changed, but we can approach today and tomorrow with an open and educated mind.
Assuming there are no major problems from the past that haven’t be resolved, I personally would not have a problem dating a pregnant woman. Pregnancy and birth are a beautiful and amazing thing to experience. Women and men can gain incredible joy from this and the bringing of a new life into this world. A life that needs us and all we can provide; especially love.
Since there is much involved in this type of situation, you’d want to proceed slowly and become aware of all pertinent history. Not being nosey of all past events, but know the thoughts, feelings and determination of the other person is important. It’s important, not only for you and your potential future relationship, but more importantly, it’s important for the baby’s.

She had ties. They are having a baby. She is hormonal and needy right now. If you have feelings for her, be supportive, but don't get to heavily involved. When the baby is born 5 will get you 10 that she'll contact him. Who knows what may happen after that? Don't get hurt here. Be a friend and wait to see how this plays out later.

Yes, because if she was pregnant with no ties to her bd, then what would stop her from popping up pregnant and dumping me, too...

I would yes, there are lots of unanswered questions and possible issues that will arrise eventually. It's hard to say what happened as to why there are no ties and what kind of people they are etc...you don't want to get into something you can't get yourself out of ...ex: financially; emotionally,mentally etc...
