You need to resolve your feelings about your ex before you move on. Otherwise a lot of people will get hurt, you and the new love. The new love will KNOW that you still have feelings for your ex and that will cause too many problems to mention and it won't be fair to him. Good luck to you!!

first of all, do you even like this new guy or he just likes you? i think everyone deserves a second chance but if what he did to you was that bad then don't take him back but if it's something minor try to work it out. people can change. however if you're interested in this other guy go and talk to him, your ex has no control over your life, he cant stop you from dating other people. see some people don't realize that there is always someone better so they think they can run over in a relationship and think the other person wont mind. that's probably what your ex thought. sometimes you gotta stay strong, cant let your feelings get in the way of your pride. you can still have feelings for him but if you know for sure he's gonna continue treating you less than then you need to move on.

Well, to start with, you did not state what he did. If he cheated, then theres no reason to be with him, but if it was something else, I really think you two can get together and talk about it. I mean, people in relationships have misunderstandings. Also, since you still have feelings for him, it will be dangerous trying to listen to another guy when you still have feelings for him. I think my answer is the best you can get cos I am currently in the same situation. I broke up with my girlfriend over something minor and I started regretting it and we are already talking about making up, especially cos I still have feeling for her. Keep the love alive, will ya...
Hope I answered ur question

Obviously whatever your ex did, hurt you enough to not want to be with him. Of course you still care, you have some memories & shared some good times to no doubt, however you broke up with him for a reason sunshine & you are single now so go on date. Should later on the forgiveness be there & you still have feelings give it a shot but right now your hurt is still deep.

Forget him i was in the same position and it doesnt work out the second time expecilly if he did something that made u break up with him. Take a chance with the other guy it might acually work out or just take a break from guys for a while and just make friends. You dont have to have a bf. It's a lot easier to be their friends then try to go out with them. But if you want to take a chance then do it just trust your heart and take a risk.

What did he do exactly? if it is something in the future you could see damageing, hurting or reaccuring in your relationship than its probebly not a good idea to get back with him. What you should do is just have fun with other guys! if someone else is interested than give it a try, its ok that you still have feelings for him and that is completely normal. just remember though that he did do something that evidently hurt you. if you can see him in the future doing it again its probebly a good idea to move on.

We can love and care for one person our whole life, but HAVING to stay in contact with them or be with them doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.
IF your showing interest in another, seek that out, and try and get over the ex for now. IF you 2 aren't together, there is reason for it right?
Don't stop living........experience all you can! We don't ever know when our number is up!

im going through almost the same thing. i think you should check this other guy out. but no matter what happens with this other guy, you will always have your ex on your mind. i think you should tell your ex how you feel because if you dont your going to hurt inside.. and if this new guy and you start going out you shold tell him how you feel about your ex and just tell him that your trying to get over it but it might take awhile

Yes,,, date, have fun, plan your life. You will always have reservations about things you do,,, it is human nature to always second guess yourself,,, but if you spend too much time thinking about "What might have been", you will miss what could be. Do not look to the past for answers, look only for reference for future decisions.
