nothing, don't give him a gift just for that reason. i know that you want to make it special, but what about 2nd month, six month and so on and so on? if you want to do something special, just go for a nice dinner. otherwise, he'll be pressured to get you something every months' aniversary.

How 'bout a selection of his favorite candies. I had a BF who loved special flavor jelly beans. Still a different BF loved Raisinettes. My husband LOVES chocolate mint cups.

You really don't ever celebrate your 1 month anniversary. but if you really want to you should get him something that has his favorite sports team logo on it. Like if he likes the Chicago Bears and doesn't have a Bears hat get him that.
