I saw him as a fling at first, and suggested casual sex. We didn't do it. Now, we are good friends, and speak often on the phone. Is it possible to fix the past mistake, because I would like to be more than friends. I feel stuck.

Well, you can't fix it, as it's already done but just don't mention anything so engaging like that again for a LONG time. Keep your distance a little. Don't go out of your way to talk to him, but don't ignore him when he tries to talk to you either.

Just ask him out for dinner or something, show that you are intrested in more than just sex.

how does he feel about you does he feel the same way you do
if so there shouldn't be a problem i would ask
