Last week i told a guy friend of mine at work that it would be better that we didn't talk so i can get over my crush on him since he's in a long distance relationship with another girl, as a matter of fact, she's in the Phillipines and he's here in the US. Before this happened, we joked around about hooking up, but then i felt bad and hurt about us joking about it. I told him that i really wanted to do it since i like him, but he has a gf and that it wouldn't be wise if we did it. Anyway, i got angry with him since he didn't respond back to me after I texted him Happy New Year's and I ended up sending him another text calling him a "dog" and that i didn't want to have anything to do with him, then later i apologized via text. Then the next day , I wrote him a letter telling him how i felt hurt about us joking around, and the fact we just treat each other as professionals. He's ignoring me, no hello, excuse me, thank you, nada. The thing is I feel really hurt.

There's this girl who flirts with basically anyone she see's... we two were together for a while and she said she would date me and got me so emotionally linked that when she left I couldn't even get my life back together until trying very hard...

How can I forget her, I see her everyday in school and she still talks to me and still shows some interest but we never go out and I sometimes call her cause it just lifts up my spirits...

Yeah, saying that it looks like i'm seriously obsessed.... but what are some ways to get my life back together other then transferring?

met ths guy around 5 months bak...professionally lot of difference between us...he'sa DJ n im doin my postgraduation.

I just got all dressed up for my fiance...stockings, suspenders, push up bra.....the works and told him i had a present for him. He came half way up the stairs, smiled at me, said "very nice" (in a good way) and then went back downstairs to half play on the computer and half watch top gear!!

So last night, my husband and I had sex. We slept together afterwards. When I was sleeping, I had a dream that he was raping me. I'm 22.
So, whenever he touches me, in ANY way, or if he is sexual with me or sensual, or even if he just flirts with me or does "lovey duvey" stuff, I feel really uncomfortable.

I asked this girl out yesterday for coffee and she said she'd love to. But today said she had a problem and that there was actually someone else.

Her best friend said she's been waiting over 2 months for me to ask her out, (only reason i didnt cos i never saw her - second i did i asked)

She just started dating someone like 3 days ago. And she even said if i had asked a week ago she would have said yes.

What should i do?

Im really interested in her, and know that she does have feelings for me.

Do i tell her im still interested and ask if she would feel awkward if i still pursued her? I got the impression she was considering me yesterday, seeing she said yes to meeting up.

I dont want to wait for possible breakup, but i dont want to make her awkward. Would showing her that i do really care about her, by still flirting be good or bad.

I know she has made a decision, but i know it will hurt if i dont do something. Should i invite her out again, but as friends?

I'm not from the US but would like to know opinions from Americans about the age difference in my relationship. In my culture, age difference is not important for a relationship. In fact, older men are usually preferred over younger men. I'm 33 and average looking but girls believe I have a nice personality and qualities. Poeple say love and lust is different, me and my x broke up i really loved him i did EVERYTHING in my power to keep him, he was with me for 10 mths, a few points i think he was in love with me, but maybe i was fooled . ive just recently got back in touch with my mum. i have no family support and friends whod babysit for me and havent been out and spent time with my husband of 2yrs since my kids have been born. they are 2yrs and 9mths. im 19years old.
thing is my mum and dad- split used to torture me when i was little as i liked to go out and have fun with mates. my dad used to beat me. i have recently found out that my sis of 16 is doing all the things i wasnt allowed to do such as going to pubs with friends, shopping, sex life, etc. shes spoilt and ,my dad gives her money. ive just also found out that i had money saved up for when i was 18 but never got. instead hes bought my sis a new wardrobe and anew scooter.
hes just bought a new car and given my sis his old one even though i need one and she cant drive. would it be fair of me to ask my mum to look after kids for weekend while my hubby and me go to hotel to enjoy 2nd anniversery also to ask my dad for money as need it for dep for mortgage?

My friend is wanting to quit 6 form. She wants to drop out and go into pharmecy at tesco, but it's been her dream for years to go to Edinburgh uni to do medicine. I met this great girl recently. I'm 30 and just got out of a marriage a few months ago. She knows this and asked me about it on the first day that I visited her parents to take a Christmas present to. She's 22. I spent a little time with her and her family on Christmas and New Years (saw a guy with her that night). She told me she would call and write to me - she never did. I help my son with his rentals and bookkeeping. I help my daughter with babysitting her 9 & 12 yr. old. My husband with all his self employed paper work. My mother with all her paper work. All without pay. At the end of the day, I'm tired working for everyone. When I call them to go out to eat or to a movie or shop or something fun, they are all to busy. But when it comes to me putting on a big party at my house, they are all here to party and I pay for it all. I feel I should get a real job and go back to work and forget them all. And just take care of myself.
