caution: what may work for some, may not work for you...

when you wanna make yourself when youre not... the firat thing you have to do is be alone... isolate yourself... often times, we feel unhappy because of the people around us, and basically the surrounding itself...so isolate yourself... next is to pamper yourself... don't do things you normally do and try to write it on your gray matter that you should never ever feel guilty coz you made a choice to not do the things you normally do... you may also wanna sleep without thinking what to do next... just sleep... and the last: pray... :-)

as for me, when im unhappy, i spend time alone...

Do alot of things like spend time with your family and friend, take up a hobby, be a big brother, stay busy. If you really not happy with yourself, talk to someone, close friend, teacher, preacher.pray about it, put it in god hand. Be happy with yourself. Your life could be worse. There people who not happy because bad things are going on in their life that not right but they deal with it and try to make it better. cheer up and keep your head up smile.

Try doing things you love. Hang out with your closest friends, treat yourself to things. Talking to someone you trust could also help if whatever isn't making you happy is bugging you. Think that you are going to be O.K., read a happy poem, laugh at a funny joke, run barefoot in a light rain! Even drinking a weird soda helps me!

Try taking the focus off of yourself and try doing some volunteer work of any kind.. Work at a food kitchen, visit people in rest homes. It makes a big difference. We all go through things like that in life. If your unhappy most of the time.. possibly seek professional help,but try volunteer work and some exercise might help too. Good luck!

Happy thoughts man. Just remember that things won't be bad forever. Watch a movie, listen to music, talk to a friend. Just do whatever you can to get your mind off of these sad thoughts for a while. Good luck.

Stop thinking about you.

Help someone else.

The more you practice being unhappy by thinking about it, analyzing it, writing it down -- the more you teach yourself to be unhappy.

Additionally, BE GRATEFUL. You might be unhappy, but what if you couldn't move your arm or leg? What if you got horribly disfigured? What if you got fired from your job and couldn't find another? WHat if you couldn't find any food?

Be grateful for all the small things that are good in your life. You may find that there are more of them.
Teach yourself to be happy by faking it until you make it.

get interested in something,anything,help others,sing find ways to pass the time,do not expect to be happy every minute of everyday,its impossible,if youre truly depressed,get help,join a group these things will get you on your'e way
love and take care of yourself no matter what!

You can't make yourself happy if you truly are unhappy. It's fine to be unhappy sometimes. Just go with your feelings and don't try to force emotions upon yourself.

Make a child smile with a nice gesture thats the best way to make any unhappy person feel alot better

Get some friends or family to cheer you up. Take a walk around your block or in the park. Eat your favorite food. Work out. Watch your favorite movie.
