So last night, my husband and I had sex. We slept together afterwards. When I was sleeping, I had a dream that he was raping me. I'm 22.
So, whenever he touches me, in ANY way, or if he is sexual with me or sensual, or even if he just flirts with me or does "lovey duvey" stuff, I feel really uncomfortable.
How can I feel comfortable with him again, and does my dream mean anything?

I had dreams when my ex bf and I got back together and turns out it ment NOTHING at all so you need to just get over your dream and be happy with your husband because if you don't show that you love him back and you really do he might ask for a divorce and we both know you don't want that, right!?! So move on and if you have that dream again than talk to him about it I am sure he will understand!

This isn't easy to answer. well, dreams can mean alot of things to the dreamer. Personally I'm interested in this subject.
I believe it's our self-consious that's always active. when we dream, it's our body's way of dealing with daily pressures, etc. so the dreams "play out" for us, esp. if we have reservations about a situation or a person in our waking life.
Only you, and myself and other perople can "unravel" what our drreams are telling us! Other than that, tune into your feelings, continuously when you feel uncomfortable again around your husband.
Time will tell when you will feel comfortable with your Husband. An answer will eventually come to you, and you will know it!
If not, see a Counselor, or someone you feel confident talking to! Good luck and HAppy New Year!
By the way, I've had some pretty BIZARRE dreams myself! Remember when all those terrible fires broke out in the Alpine area? Or that one that made BIG NEWS and I think it was in the San Bernardino area a few years ago? The guy who sent a flare and it ignited BIG TIME and destroyed many homes and lives??
Believe it OR NOT, for months ON END, before this happened, I was having nightmares about FIRES!
I've never dreamed something that ever came to be!!!!
CHILLING, isn't it?

Is he a controlling person, or does he mentally abuse you in any way, try to make you feel inferior? It's hard to tell what the dream means without knowing more info about your relationship, but it seems to me you feel like he's controlling you somehow. Either physically or mentally.
If he is a nice guy and treats you right, just chalk it up to a dream being a dream. You can't punish him for something in your subconscious if he's not the actual cause of it.
Maybe somewhere in you, you feel being in a committed relationship for life feels like your losing yourself somehow. It's not his problem, it's yours and you need to sit and think what the issue is.
Or maybe you just ate something that didn't agree with you. It's really hard to tell.....

I once had a dream that I was getting chased by a huge can of condensed milk that had huge sneakers on and stomped on my whole neighborhood before bursting into flames in a nearby cow pasture.
I wouldn't read to much into dreams... they can be scary, funny or even sexy... ya never know, but I personally look forward to going to bed each night wondering what i'll dream about next.
