My boyfriend has been with several girls before me. He himself has told me that he has cheated before. My friend says that hes cheated on me with at least 3 different people. This friend has lied to me before, she gossips a lot, and she has hurt a lot of people without ever feeling any remorce. I've dated my boyfriend one other time prior to this, and I broke up with him over something my friend said that turned out to be untrue. I want to trust him because he hasn't lied yet as far as I know. I just don't understand why he would change just for me. It doesn't seem like he loves me like he says he does if he even loves me at all. What do I do?!?!?!?!?!?

I met her online and called hetr up to make plans. I got the call me then response at first but I played it and the next day she emailed me and asked me if we where still on.

After emailing back and forth a couple times I gave her my address and told her to meet me at my place so we could leave together.

Well, she read that message but did not reply. Wouldn't most people confirm by replying and saying something??

Then on the other hand she didn't email or call saying she can't or won't go either...

Should I call and cancel before she stands me up??

I have asked questions on here, and also read a lot of answers. Why is it that so many people are just so mean? I mean they do not know the person they are talking to have no right to judge them and yet come up with the meanest things. I know we put questions here for people to answer, but I think what most people are looking for is a non judgemental answer to a situation that is on our minds, correct? Do people enjoy putting other down?

I met this guy about a week ago through friends. We have either spoken to each other or seen each other every day since. He phoned me the first day after we met and wanted to hang out. He wants to hang out every day. He brings me flowers and gifts and quite honestly I feel like he's moving very fast. He has spent a lot of money on me already and I've only known him for a week and a couple days! I'm 28 and he's 31, he says I'm the coolest girl he's ever met. I honestly don't know what to think of him...I have an 8 year old daughter too. He comes over and plays with her and brings his 4 year old daughter over. I have a problem.
I've been going with this guy for 3 months now.
I love him a whole lot and he loves me too. He told me so and I trust and believe what he says.
The thing is, he thinks I'm cheating on him and I'm not.

I have been doing the online dating thing for a little while now. Most of my dates have been pleasant, with the occasional bad date, but nothing drastic. However, in the last month I have talked to some of the most arrogant, self worshiping men. These men are not really any different than the men I talked to and met before, mainly education professional men, most divorced with grown or teenage children, and most have lived at a distance from me (I live in the city and most of them have lived in the suburbs). I used to talk to guys, and we would meet and they didn't mind driving 30 miles to meet me but lately it seems I find nothing but guys who won't date outside their town (although they are looking for someone within 50 miles of them according to their profile). They seem to be rude, arrogant, and non compromising although they mention the importance of compromise in a relationship (I guess they expect the other person to compromise). Any way to humble these arrogant men?

I (unfortunately) share custody of my seven y o daughter with my ex. He wants to get more time with her, but he already has sufficient visitation. I suspect my partner of having an affair with one of her colleagues. She is a manager. She has several men and and two women as her staff. She is exceptionally friendly with the manager of another branch nearby and has several times wanted to go to overnight conferences with him as driver navigator ( she says). After recently throwing her mobile on the floor and damaging it, she asked if I could get it going. I eventually got it working and while she was sitting across from me I pretended to 'test' it. In her Inbox were several messages from the 'suspect' but I was only able to read two of them without raising suspicion. The first was in REPLY to (I assume) to a suggestive message from her. It read..." Oh, you are naughty,....but I like you! x". The second was also a reply to suggestion from her and read......" Why?, have we arranged a snogging session for the new year?.x). Can anyone guess what the 'suggestion' was?. (I know that 'snogging' meant bonking.)
