I personally would not meet with him at a hotel. I would meet in a public place on neutral ground. Why? He may want sex - BUT that doesn't mean he's ready to re-commit to your relationship. Until you find out his reason for meeting, I would steer clear of the hotel. Instead I would say "Why don't we meet at "insert restaurant or whatever". If he says he wants a more private place, the suggest a public park. However, DO NOT meet him at a hotel with his intentions being obvious without knowing what the future holds for you. If you / he decide to reconcile, then you can get a hotel room at a later date to celebrate your commitment to each other. NOT BEFORE. I've seen it happen too many times where one partner has a last hurrah with their spouse before giving them the boot with the unsuspecting spouse thinking of reconciliation. Don't set yourself up for that. This is the best advice you're going to get - trust me.

So....it could be an "illicit" roleplay, fooling around affair that is to be acted out. How are things in the relationship though? Civil? Looks like maybe you both want to make this work? If so then maybe you should dress nicely in business attire but wear something seductive and sexy beneath. Naturally it takes a helluva alot more than just getting laid to make things right but done properly it may be a start.
Then on the other hand, he may meet you there with a couple of thugs who assault, rape, murder you and roll you up in a bedsheet and dump you in the nearest salt-water marsh.
Probably not but I myself being a naturally suspcious person in nature, I'd let someone know where I was off to and to see whom or leave something somewhere to indicate the same.

It depends how long you have been separated for, and the reason why you are separated. It seems a little shady in my opinion but then again I dont know your husband (ex).

Meet him in the lobby for drinks first....and if all the nightmares of why you separated don't kill the mood! then go for it...I mean if that's what he's asking for a booty call that is.
Are you prepared for a booty call? I mean do you know if he's been with anyone since you split!

No, no and no...
I wouldn't because what would be a Good reason for doing this?
Has there been any other effort for reconciliation?
If not then this is just a ploy to either use you or hurt you or manipulate you in some fashion or another.

No, because months wouldn't be long enough for me to stop holding a grudge against him.
But I'm not you. As long as you know exactly what's going to happen, and more importantly what's NOT going to happen, and you're okay with all of that, I don't see what's stopping you.

Of couse sweetheart. Pumpkin, he wants to return to the times when you were dating and everthing was new and hot. Cupcakes, he wants to ignite the flame that went out a long time ago. Go for it and make it a romantic night sweetheart. Who knows, maybe it might work, what do you have to lose???

I'd say "Go with your heart!" Do you want too? It's really hard to answer with so little details! It's all depending on the situation?
