I met her online and called hetr up to make plans. I got the call me then response at first but I played it and the next day she emailed me and asked me if we where still on.
After emailing back and forth a couple times I gave her my address and told her to meet me at my place so we could leave together.
Well, she read that message but did not reply. Wouldn't most people confirm by replying and saying something??
Then on the other hand she didn't email or call saying she can't or won't go either...
Should I call and cancel before she stands me up??

Take your chance and don't call it off. Some people get too busy to respond, or don't feel the need to reply. She has your address and knows the day and time to meet you. Canceling it prematurely when you really are interested will send the total wrong signals.
If you are really worried about her standing you up, send her another message asking a direct question like "Are we still on?" Then she has to respond, and if she doesn't you know you should call it off.

I think she has already can celled the date because why did ask her to meet at your place, why not her place. Most dates pick the girl up not the girl pick the boy up. I think you have been stood up, sorry. Maybe you should have ask her to meet you somewhere, you have never seen each other and sometimes if you tell them to meet somewhere, they don't like what they see and can leave without you knowing they were there.

Don't call, just wait it out.
She might stand you up, but there is always a risk of that. If you call her she will see you as insecure, that will cost you big points in her eyes. Just be cool man, be cool. Whatever happens things will work out the way they are supposed to.
