we talked alot and he is caring and gentle, but he seems enjoy to get me cry alot. and since i have feeling for him then he start to give the cold shoulder.
this is what in his text massege: yeah, we are going to have a wonderful time, we are going to laugh and we are going to cry.
then when i was with him, he did nothing and i just don't get it.

I used to get in your situation a lot when I was kid. I don't mean that I dated gay people (he may not be gay... don't flatter yourself into thinking that a person has to be gay if they aren't attracted to you), but that I would develop feelings for people who just didn't like me.
When it comes to relationships, either people are interested in you or they are not. When you meet someone you are interested in, let them know about it right away. This will scare a lot of people off, but that is a good thing because those people aren't attracted to you. What's left are the people that actually want to date you, and then you can start dating them and have fun. After the fun is over, something better might come.
Anyway, if you don't like the way this guy is making you feel, lose him. Otherwise accept his friendship for what it is. If you really want to find out if he's gay, ask him, but I doubt that will go over well.
