How do you feel about this? I feel it's very posible and in some cases beneficial, because associating sex with love ans vice versa will force emotional commitment where there really isn't any.

Emotional attachement (love) should develop on its own without any influence from a physical act (sex).

This is one of the issues that I address in my blog, http://360.yahoo.com/howtocheatonyourgirlfriend, but I thought I would get everyone's opinion to see if I'm on the right track here.

My wife and I have a turbulent relationship to say the least. She was a single mom and at odds with her own family when I met her. She clung to me like glue and demanded I be there whenever she needed me and she was verbally abused as a child. After marriage I noticed she started verbally abusing me. Now when she starts in I totally walk out of the room and tell her to talk to me with respect or I won’t be speaking to her (she then says I’m giving her the silent treatment and she threatens to leave me). A few times I sunk down to her level and yelled back (which I’m not proud of but you just get sick and tired of getting beat up verbally). Now she throws up the verbally abusive card at me! Also when her parents were down she started in on me over the holidays and I said screw this I don’t care if your parents are around and laid into her for being totally disrespectful (of course her parents didn’t know what she said to me first). Then they chose to look at me like how could I do this to their daughter. They’ve been doing it for years that’s why she’s the way she is!!! I looked at them and said politely don’t throw rocks from your glass house. You made her this way! Now she’s fiercely loyal to her parents and doesn’t trust me…..huh!!!!! I want to dump her butt and let her be crazy with someone else. Is there any way to salvage this woman?

I'm not bulimic, but sometimes I wish I was. Today, a kid called me fat and I ate 2 bags of chips! WHEN SOMONE CALLS YOU FAT YOU AREN'T SUPPOSED TO EAT CHIPS! I mean, I lost 6 pounds so far. I'm 13, 5'3, and 122 pounds. I was 127! But still, while I ate the chips, I forgot everything he said about me, but when I was finshed I was thinking, wow, you really are fat. I'm one of those people who really like to keep up w/marriage, even when it's good to con.'t w/improvements
was wondering if anyone ever took a couples improvement class or couples massage to help in reconnecting w/their partner? what was it like? was it helpful? enjoyable?

I am new at this school and this guy that I really like he is so nice to some girls and so hot. So yea and today I was eating and minding my own business and then I hear someone say Ok i dare you to go the new girl and show her this note. And i heard him say i don't wanna show it to her u show it to her but I 'll write it and then so one of his friends come to me and says hi and sits down and says ok so you know the guy over there and he points and shows me and then he says well he has to tell you something and i open the note thinking it would be something really good but instead he says hi (whatever your name is) and then he writes Go to hell and then they all start to laugh now they say I like him and I really do and it is not his fault because he tries to be nice with everyone and he already has a g/f and she is very pretty but obviously I started to cry and me being the new girl I don't have a lot of friends. And then he said Oh **** when i fell of my chair crying and he laughed.

My ex & i went out for almost 3 years & broke up bout 8 months ago. Well, we stopped hanging out about 3-4 months ago. He lied to me about not having a girlfriend in another country. I guess they met thru friendster.com, so when he went there on march 2006 to visit his family, they also met each other in person and had dates when were were still together. I JUST found out about this last month,so now everything makes sense to me why he's changed and wanted us to really break up when he just got back from vacation.I had been wanting to break up with him but he wouldn't let me go.I just wish he did b4 he cheated. I'm finding things out myself cuz..let's just say their passwords on emails and all that are very easy to guess.Well, now they're getting married already! He's going to petition her! He DOESN'T know that I know. I've moved on too, but of course sometimes i feel this kind of weird feelings sometimes. What should I do? What do I do when i c 'em? we live in a small town.

So, your boyfriend goes into the Air Force. He writes you letters everyday about how much he misses you and he now knows you are the only one for him. You're naive so you and his mother (whom you are very close to) take this as a proposal. By the time he gets home, you've bought your wedding dress and picked out a setting for your engagement ring. A few months go by and you have set the date and place for the wedding, have the bridesmaids and groomsmen picked out, and the invitations may as well have already been delivered. You just don't have that setting you picked because he's broke. Another month or two goes by and he got the ring, it just isn't on that specific finger. One night, you're sitting with him watching TV and talking to his brother on the phone and he slips the ring on that finger. Doesn't say anything. Just puts it on. Doesn't even grin. What would your reaction be? (Personally, I wouldn't be too happy).

I was with my ex for a few years. We got a place together for a few months and then one weekend I went on vacation with my family and came home early to find him in out bed with another girl.it has been over a year since,but I think I am still hurt from it.Of course i left him right away,but he lie to me about it for months after and still lies.I stil see him because he is best friends with my brother(thats how we met)I wonder if i will ever be healed from it.I also wish this guy that is friends with them both that comforted me one night after the cheating would not be scared of my ex and brother and date me,but maybe its an excuse.Is catching your partner in bed with another a bog deal? One of my friends( whom I am not that close with, but she is still a friend) is going out with this boy. She was not liking how things were going with him and dumped him. I think this boy and I are really close and I was wondering if it was alright if I went out with him- if the situation ever came up. I would like to, but I do not want any drama or bitter feelings. What do you think about the situation and what should I say to my friend if the situation comes up. I would ask her first, defintely, but is there anything else or any precautions I should know? Hi all. I'm getting married in August, and I'm so sad. My mom and dad have been divorced for years and my father is in a different country. I was thinking that I would walk down the aisle by myself, but I don't know who will give me away and I don't know what to do about the father and daughter dance. People tell me to dance with a uncle or with my guy's dad. I just don't hink I would feel anything that way. Some people say skip all that, priest will not ask who will give me away, and I don't dance with anyone. But I want to! And the other day when I went to download the wedding march, I burst out crying. I can't even watch a wedding on TV without crying. I am so sensitive on this matter. I want to be like all other brides. Have my dad there...I can't get in touvh with him, that's out of the question...
Do you have any suggestions?

My adult daughter has an attitude issue with me ever since my husband, her dad passed away 6 months ago, she has always been daddy's little girl, and no matter what I try to do or say things never measure up to what daddy would have done and our relationship just keeps getting strained more and more.
She lives 150 miles away from me and her brother, comes home maybe once a month, calls me when she feels like it or when she needs me to do something for her (which isn't a problem with me) The problem is the way she comes across to us with these things( sort of like the Till-of the-Hun) and if we make mention of her brassness she goes into the Drama-Trauma.(" I can't believe this...I've done so much for you and your treating me like this") and on and on she continues.
A few months ago I started dating someone, and she has a problem with this because she feels my husband hasn't been deceased long enough for me to start dating. We were married 25yrs and I just want to be happy again.
