I don't know where you're from, but a trip to Napa, CA is always fun if you're into wine or relaxing.
If you're looking for something more extravagant, go to Argentina. Since the collapse of their economy the American dollar will go far and it's said to be the "Paris of South America." Also, the weather is warm there right now! :)
