My advice is... if both of you want to be with someone else then get divorced. Marriage is not about being with other people. Monogamy is one of the great things about being married.

My advice is don't do it. while you may find your fantasies great,acting on it can only lead to hurt feelings and self doubt down the road. Stick with the role playing and talking about your fantasies, but don't do it. Do you really want to see your wife with another man? Do you think the trust that you have between you now will ever be the same again. Bad, bad idea!

Two ways this can work - Swinging and polyamory.
If you're mainly interested in sex, then there are a lot of swinging sites and groups around the country. I know quite a few swinging couples, but I'm not in one of them.
Polyamory, or if you're interested in a long-term, loving relationship is a lot more complicated. Love isn't turned on as simply as lust.
There are sites for finding other poly couples. Primarily, www.polymatchmaker.com. www.okcupid.com is poly friendly.
I am polyamorous, I know a lot of poly people, including a couple of quads (two couple groups) who are in love and live together as a family.

Unless you want to risk your marriage, don't do it. It can get very ugly in a hurry and make you regret having even thought about it.
There are lots of other ways to enliven a marriage.
