Your 16 you have a long future ahead of you , if this young lady is stuck on her ex boyfriend then let her be the best way to get her attention is show interests' in another young lady and just treat the young lady that she like who is still stuck on her ex treat her friend that you show no romantic interest in and see how quick her response to you changes.

Wow. This sounds like me -_-....at 1 point. I was like that with this one guy back who knows when. Maby she's just confused and wants to have some time to think. She could be totally lost and is scared to move on. Some people will take longer to get over someone, don't rush it.

help her move on with her ex. talk about you and her more often, and everytime she talks about him, change the subject. that should have an effect in the long run.
