If your BOTH single and no children are involved and you want to and your sure then go for it. But, remember your co-workers will notice and there is a possibility that you could lose some special people in your life. Make a pro/con list that you really look at before anyone gets hurt.
God bless,

NO unless you want to take a chance of losing your job...or the respect of your co-workers or even your own. Don't put yourself in a potentially dangerous position for both of you.
Keep boss/employee relationships on a professional level...first and always. What if it didn't work out...what if he's only looking for the sex...what could he be holding over your head...what would happen if his boss found out about it?
Be smart...keep away.

Boss has a thing for you - what do you think about him?
I had a client who was interested in me and as long as I played it cool and didn't acknowledge it he kept working with me. Once he realized that I was engaged to someone else I never heard from him again.
I have knows couples who have met on the job and went on to get married, but I think that is kind of rare. Of course, having said that, my husband and I started working together for ourselve after we met and that has worked out great.
Only you can weigh the factors of job security, feelings for this person, pressure, etc. And you really need to consider. You might think "I will try it and see" only to find that it doesn't work out and then you don't even have a good reference to show for all your actual work and experience.
Peace!

I think it is up to you. I think you shouldn't unless your married to him and your playing sexual games with him. But that would be in private and you would not be on here. Anyways I think that you should not act on it at all. It would make you look like you are getting ahead in the business and it would cause jealousy to happen from other women

Do you like your boss in that way? Maybe stall and wait on your boss a bit. If you don't like him/her, no way! If so, might not be a bad thing, just don't risk it if you have your dream job. I MARRIED one of my first bosses!! Good luck!

No. Especially if this person is married. Office romances are bad because if you break up one of you will have to look for another job.

Ask yourself...when dating how many times does it work out and you stay together.......? Then ask, of the ones I quit seeing, how many do I still hang with and get along with? Does that answer your question?
