he has cheated several times before and collected many more phone numbers since. he would call the girls behind my back and hide the numbers. he says for me to let it go, but part of me can't. is this fair? can he be completely trusted again?

What do you get a woman who let horrible things happen to you as a child...while she looked the other way??

One who deserted you at age 19 and left YOU to raise your 2 younger sisters?

One who has constantly been a disappointment, not only to me but to her grandkids as well?

I'm kind of pissed about this...and I don't know what to get her...

I was thinking...hmmm....

Maybe some toilet paper...for the crap that is constantly coming out of her mouth? Or maybe some kind of gift certificate to a parenting class?

I'm totally tapped on this one...come on people...help me out...

We were seeing each other for about 4 months. He broke up with me. He wants to be just friends. We've talked a few times after the breakup, he even showed up at my house to talk (yes, really talk) but nothing came outta that. The last time I spoke to him, he wanted to chill and I told him I couldnt chill till later on that day. When I did call him to come over, he didnt answer and I never heard from him again. I never called him after that nor has he called me. That was about 3 wks ago.

I want to call him and actually be friends and see if we can work it out but is it too late for that?

see the thing is that before he was my man he was her friend. Does that matter.and my freind knows he had something going on with me but she dont know that we were boyfriend and girlfriend.

We just had a wedding in our family (my husbands side) where my daughter was the flower girl, my other daughter was a jr bridesmaid, and my husband was a groomsman. Plus the trip, the whole thing cost us a lot of money. Another cousin (on my side of the family) is getting married and asked me to be a bridesmaid, my daughter to be the flower girl, my son to be the ring berrer, and oldest daughter to be a jr bridesmaid. I told her I could not afford all of that, but I would love to be there for her. Then I thought of the dress I have for my youngest.
Would it be tacky or inappropriate to reuse the flower girl dress for the second wedding and let my daughter participate?
Something else to consider, the brides family of the first wedding bought the flower girl dress. It was very expensive and they knew we were already out a lot of money.
Please help!

He separated from her b/c she "needed to be single again" but she still claims she can get him back anytime she wants. He moved away from her and two kids because he ended up being her personal babysitter and bank. She won't sign the divorce papers saying she doesn't agree with it. Despite the driving distance, my partner tries very hard to see his kids when he can. The kids made it clear they wanted to stay with their mom but she tells my partner that she can't handle them and that they need to come live with us. We haven't the room plus we are expecting twins soon enough. Instead of moving on, she texts and emails that he is a awful father for not supporting HER and her kids. She calls him names and told people (including myself) that he got me pregnant to get back at her and they probably aren't even his babies. I know he needs to keep contact with his kids but lately, his ex is using them to continue the harassment. I'm pregnant and don't need extra stress and grudges. Suggestions?

We are buying a house together. We Have been together 7 years. We have never cheated on eachother. We trust eachother a lot. She says she wants to be married or engaged within 1 year because this is getting rediculous. She wants to have kids before she is 30 (she is 25 I am 28) but I am not sure. We have a big argument about once/week. I am scared of marrage, I have heard from people, TV etc... that once you get married sex happens less frequently and I do not want that at all. I work for her parents. She does not communicate very well, and I like to talk about our problems. When I try to have a discussion with her she usually gets irritated and angry if things do not go her way. She has a tight family and mine is pretty disfunctional. I love her and she loves me. She wants me to ask her to marry her romantically, I understand that but I am not feeling it. What should I do?
