I don't think you should tell them what you do for a living....not because you're a blue collar worker but because that's too much information this early.

I hope you're proud of being a "worker" no matter what color the collar is....good luck.

Best to start any relationship off with honesty. Include in your personal ad the things are most important to you. If your job is something you love, put it in there. If it is something you do just for money, not so important to include it. If someone is interested in you, and they reply to your ad, you can fill in the details then.

Blue-collar has too many negative connotations. You don't have to specify exactly what you do. Just call yourself a working woman.

I dont care what a women does when I date her, I really only care about her personality and looks. But then again I make it a rule not to date women that work in stip clubs, even if shes just the bartender its to much crap to handle.

ABSOLUTELY! Please, do not be ashamed or embarrassed...at least you HAVE a job.

What would be embarrassing is if you didn't bother to work! You should be proud of whatever you do....this will show pride in your personal ad. Pride is a turn-on...you'll have more dates than you'll know what to do with! Good Luck!
