A two-year age difference is not that much and it's all relative to your age and your level of maturity. You have to go with what feels right for you individually. If you and this other person enjoy each others company, enjoy doing relatively similar activities, and can carry on a conversation without age being a barrier, then go for it. But if one person is just way more mature or advanced than the other, regardless of their age, it can present a problem. I'm sure I'm much older than you, but there is a 9 year age difference between my boyfriend and myself. We've been together well over two years and this gap in age has never been an issue at all.

Yeh, well it really depends what age you are but if they're happy with it I don't see why not. It's not going to make you hated is it? I mean most of your old friends are a year above you now. I think that you could basically count that person as 1 year younger than you because in the adult world love doesn't really matter about age and neither does is in the school world it's basically only grades and one grade above isn't really that bad,

IS IT?!

Yes, 2 years is not that big of a deal, now if it was 10 or 20 i would have to question it but on 2 no , sounds like there is more than just the age gap holding you back

Peer pressure menas age matters more when you are in school. When you leave school it matters less and less. 15 years is not a weird age gap for a 30 year old and a 45 year old but a 20 year old with a 5 year old is soooo wrong.

If you like someone why should age matter? (unless you are breaking the law ;) ))

If you are talking about most guys I am sure they would say yes and see nothing wrong with it. When I was 19 I dated a girl 3 years younger than me and we fell in love. We loved each other very much. I treasured her and she felt the same about me. I have never forgotten her. She was my first love. Does that tell you something?

I wouldn't because I have a brother that is two years younger. But otherwise, I would.
2 or 3 years younger is the youngest I would go though.

In high school age really does matter. Out of high school, it makes NO difference. My sisters husband is 10 years younger than her. Its not a big deal. I wouldnt worry so much about age unless you worry alot about what other people think.
