I've been very close with my cousin (first cousin, yikes) all my life, and, long story short, we ended up in the sack last week. We are both middle aged and in marriages that are unhappy and unsatisfying. It (the lovin') was awesome, and we want to do it again! (and again, and again...) Are we sick???? By the way, No, we are not rednecks, and if you met the two of us you would have no idea that we would be "the ones" up to this Jerry Springer-like activity!!! And yet here we are.... Anyone out there in this situation??? help!

met a guy back in march. had an amazing summer together. fell in love with each other. in october, ran in to him and his GIRLFRIEND he never told me about. he says because of a "situation" he has to be with her, even though he doesn't want to be. he says he needs me to be understanding and patient. we still see eachother, but what am i doing. he lied to me, never told me about her, made me feel all summer long like i was the best thing that ever happened to him, as he was to me... what do i do?

My friend is turning into a monster!

She brags about the following:

Her husband is better than everyone else's.
How expensive their wedding was (all paid by her mother-in-law).
How she is pregnant and her baby is going to be cuter than everyone else's baby.

But what bugs me the most is her bragging about money 24/7! She brags that her ring was $17,000 which was handed down to her by her husband's grandma.

The truth is that they have no money at all, her husband is poor, she is on disability and they had to get state assistance to pay for all her prenatal care since they are low income. They live in a small one bedroom apartment that they can barely afford. His family isn't really rich like the act and give my friend no money.

Why is she bragging so much?

I have a happy marriage, pregnant with my first baby, and I actually do have money and I would never go around bragging like her. Its embarassing.

My boyfriend and I just broke up. I did something really terrible and he says that he still cares about me but he can't be with me right now. He says it wouldn't be the same. I feel really bad about what I did and he says he can forgive me but he will never forget. I am dealing with his decision because I have no other choice and I respect it. He says he still wants to be cool (not in a sexual way). I asked him if he wanted me to just leave him alone and he never said no, he just kept saying that we could still be friends. I know I hurt him and I feel awful, I wish that I could go back in time and change things. He invited me and my children to his child's birthday party and I want to go for the kids sake but I just don't think that I should continue to be his friend because I couldn't handle seeing or hearing about him with another woman. What should I do? I care about him and I want to be friends but I don't think that I can handle that. What should I do? Serious answers only....

Started dating current boyfriend within month of messy break-up. He introduced me to his mates and one night he went home tired and was happy for me to go on to a club with 2 of his mates. One of them had a wife just leave him and he had a very well paid job. I had just spent the last 2 years practically parenting my last boyfriend (minimum wage, no car, completely useless, etc.) In an effort to boost my ego combined with an attraction & wanting some excitement (this is all looking back it was definately NOT planned) I asked him if he was attracted to me. He responded by backing off and saying he wouldn't do that to a mate (i.e my current boyfriend). Later on we had a bit of a clinch where his hands went under my top at the back but nothing else. This was 18mths ago and at a party the other mate recently made a suggestion thet he knew about it. I love my boyfriend and wished I'd never done it. Do you think I should say anything? Me and current boyfriend very serious now and hope to wed

Ok, so the situation is this, I went out with two brothers, who I didn't know very well, and the other I had just met. The one I had met is closer to my age 28, is cuter, etc. but I had previously been told he had a girlfriend so that is a strict walk-away policy for me. While out the other brother ended up kissing me and in our extremely inebriated state, decided to hook-up that night. The next day was hanging out with both and found out that the original brother was single and interested (I don't think he knows that I slept with his brother, but I couldn't not tell him). Have absolutely no interest in anything further with the one I hooked up with and have a serious crush on the older one.
Unfortunately, I think I've completely burned that bridge?

i'm 17 and have been with my boyfriend for over 18 months and we both know that we are going to be together forever - most couples are engaged by this time (not that that really matters...) but should it matter how young we are? we love each other so much but do you think that people would think that we were throwing our lives away by getting engaged now?

Hypothetically, you have been dating someone for a little over a month. Since meeting them you have spent almost every other day with them. You talk to them everyday. You have already had relations. He said he considered it a relationship even though you haven't had the official talk. He had some health issues and went to the hospital. You didn't talk to him yesterday and you called the hospital he went to and found out he was admitted. Do you go see him? And if you were the guy in this scenario what would you think? Would you think it was nice and caring? or creepy and stalkerish?

my dad doesn't seem to like my boyfriend (who i've been with for over 18 months now) and says that he is embarrased when we are together. i'm nearly 17 and dad still can't let chris feel like part of the family. dad says that it's embarrasing if we ever peck each other on the cheek when we're in public - he said that were like two dogs on heat (we never do more than hold hands, hug or occasionally give each other a peck on the cheek in public) - why is he so mean?

I've heard so much about how men are physical in love and women are spiritual, and have found this to be largely true. But guys don't like having real deep talks, or share in any deep feelings, or see the need to cry on occasion, and hate cuddling, etc, etc. Is there any way at all for us to connect with you spiritually, or is this just another way we get ripped off from all the good things in life. Are we forever just supposed to "go without" and then die a harlots death if we dare seek fulfillment elsewhere? I spend most of my life feeling completely alone in the same room as my husband. If I show any emotions "I" immediately have a problem and am "stressing him out" (Minor stuff, like say my daughter is 3 hours late coming home from highschool) Is there no safe territory? If I try intellectual conversation he acts uneasy and soon takes off, like I make him feel stupid or something, when it wasn't my intent. I just can't find any happy medium.

negatively. you can say "what time is, or is it raining in your area" you know something simple and it's always some J A C K A S S on here that might reply something like "yeah its raining, you got a golden shower right on your head" i mean i understand for some questions, but some of the questions are, in my opinion, serious.
Im quite sure there's going to be someone saying something real smart about this one. so i'll just wait and tally up the insults.
