negatively. you can say "what time is, or is it raining in your area" you know something simple and it's always some J A C K A S S on here that might reply something like "yeah its raining, you got a golden shower right on your head" i mean i understand for some questions, but some of the questions are, in my opinion, serious.
Im quite sure there's going to be someone saying something real smart about this one. so i'll just wait and tally up the insults.

or you get somebody with a tree branch up there A S S and always have to say "who do you think you are" no WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE. im just really getting disgusted with the judgemental people on here yeah we ask for it but goodness give me a break sometimes. i know its your constitutional right, but sometimes, some of you abuse it.

No insults from this fella just a 100% agreement with your statement. It appears that some people may be using their responses as a shock value and others may actually believe they are being funny (sic). Like yourself I have seen some very sarcastic and awful responses to questions that I believe are quite serious, ie: young people wanting to end their lives, and some jerk will say some smart assed remark. It's too bad that this site could not be censored better and a lot of these people removed. But alas all they do is create a new profile so I do not know the answer to this concern.

Because Yahoo shut down the message boards where the trolls lived (trolls are people that will say the most inane thing to try to get a response from anyone), they had to move somewhere and this was an easy shift. Fortuneately it is easy to just ignore the comments knowing that on the other end there is a sad bitter person who's only happiness in life is from trying to make others feel bad.

actually you asked a really good question. even on some of the really serious questions someone will be rude and tell the person to go die or do something really stupid. i don't understand it because that's not being helpful and if you're going to answer someone's question I think you should at least answer it correctly not meanly.I think some people just answer for the points and other ask questions just to get negative answers for laughs.

There are jack arses wherever you go. It's sad that they fish around yahoo answers for a person to kick in the balls, when they themselves are lacking of said balls.

yes. i TOTALLY agree. especially when someone says something very politically incorrect (ex..such-and-such group should die now because they're all sinners!), and they choose whoever agrees with them as the best answer. or ones that ask "whats your myspace?". then people who ask dumb questions go to level fifteen. its wrong. this sit was designed for giving advice.
