I've been very close with my cousin (first cousin, yikes) all my life, and, long story short, we ended up in the sack last week. We are both middle aged and in marriages that are unhappy and unsatisfying. It (the lovin') was awesome, and we want to do it again! (and again, and again...) Are we sick???? By the way, No, we are not rednecks, and if you met the two of us you would have no idea that we would be "the ones" up to this Jerry Springer-like activity!!! And yet here we are.... Anyone out there in this situation??? help!

Sometimes you can't help who you like or love but I think you need to take into consideration how this would affect your family if they found out. Sometimes you need to put your feelings aside for the sake of others. How would your mom/dad, grandparents, aunt/uncle feel knowing that you two had done this? Honestly, if it had happened to me, I'd feel so ashamed that I'd prevent from seeing my family at all costs.
Also, society will judge you because it's not considered normal for cousins to be having sexual relations with each other. I guess it depends on how well you think you could handle the criticism. Oh, and don't think people won't find out... they always do! lol

Some would probably call it sick, but I can relate with your situation. About ten years ago, I had a huge crush on my second cousin. We didn't socialize at all and he didn't know that I was his second cousin, but I did. Any way, we started dating and sleeping together. At some point, he found out, but we continue to sleep together.
I am sorry that you are going through this, just hang in there?

No but if your not happy then get a divorce cuz now you not only hurt the ones your married to by cheating but by who you are cheating with. There are tons of men out there if your not happy so just open your eyes and look beyond the family.
