Assuming you guys have talked a lot. At some point in a conversation, females will mention a past memory or a small detailed thing that makes or made them happy.
For instance I grew up watching Dirty Dancing and Hocus Pocus as a child. My boyfriend went out the other day and came back with both DVD's and the Dirty Dancing Soundtrack which we listened and danced to over candelight, champaigne and dinner.
When you get your special lady something that triggers sweet emotions from her past, that's one of the most amazing things. It also shows you take the time to listen to her when she speaks and actually think about what she is saying.
It works even better when what you did for her was taken from a conversation a long, long, time ago.

She said it for you pal. She wants fun, nothing more. At this point I'd say no, there is nothing you can say or do to change her mind. She wants a booty call only, no relationship. There are much better women out there deserving of a guy who wants to know how to steal a girls heart!

Go ahead and have fun with her. Just let it be known you're not seeing her exclusively because you are looking for something more serious. Maybe she'll come around, if not someone better will but why not have a little fun while you wait.

You have to show her there is more to you than good times in the sack. You be yourself and show her that there are great men out there who want a woman to spend their time with not just for pleasure. Maybe she will change her mind if not she isnt the girl for you and you will just have to keep trying good luck!

do things for no reason, send her flowers (not roses those are too romantic just fun flowers), make her cookies, plan a picnic, watch the sunset, make dinner instead of going to dinner, some stuff like that to show that you can take care of her! that will win her heart over!

Give her respect be honest and be your self and if that don't get it leave her alone you got gravy i fall sh ewant is to have fun do those and if it's meat to be then you will be able to do much more for her be happy fornow and go with the flow.

be a gentelman. Dont let her reach u so fast. Be unapproachable at first.. When she sees thats its not so easy to get u and that u are not the guy like everyu other, she might be ineterested in you.

If this girl can't accept u for who you are, she is not worth your time.Have a nice personality. Girls love guys that can make them smile, laugh, and blush. We want a sweet , sensitive, and romantic guy, but on the other hand we want a guy that can make us laugh, and cheer us up when our days are dark and gloomy. Be yourself;-}

~when ur walking with her, hold her hand and walk slowly
~if ur waiting in a line, put ur arms around her waist and don't let her go
~kiss her on the cheek instead of the lips, to let her know that u want to kiss her cheek
~when u tell her that u love her, whisper it in her ear
~only say i love you if u truly mean it
~if she's cold, instead of giving her ur jacket bring her inside it with you
~if ur in an arguement, even if ur wrong let her win
~make sure to let her know that ur not jut with her for fun
