My ex broke up with me a couple of weeks ago. I really like him so it's been rough trying to get past it. But it's become increasingly difficult now that he wants to be friends. We talked last night and he was mentioning that he wanted to hang out and go get coffee or go bowling next week like we used to. I told him that I was hesistant about the idea and he asked why. Then at the end of our convo he called me by the pet name that he used for me when we were going out. I called him by his name and he asked me why I didn't call him by the nickname I had for him. Huh?!? I don't want to be one of those girls he just "hangs out" with because he means so much more to me than that. I don't want to end what we have left but it's just awkward being friends with someone who knows so much about you and has seen everything...emotionally and physically...that you have to offer.
Advice?

My boy and I were thinking about role playing in the bedroom. I need some good advice on what to do so he can get the most fun out of it. Also he wants me to dress up as other women and it makes me feel uncomfortable to know that he is imagining that he is having sex with other women. Does it sound wrong of me to feel this way?

Me and my fiance announced our engagement a few months back, well one of my cousins is a photographer (sort of), she has never done a wedding before but she is a good photographer, well we talked and she is thinking that she is doing my wedding pictures when neither me or any of my family mentioned that idea to her, thats the problem we already have a photographer for the wedding, and she is a close friend of ours. Honestly I would really rather have someone with experience do our wedding but yet I dont want to break my cousins heart because she is very excited about doing my wedding pictures, I dont know how to break it lightly to her. I was thinking that she could video record it for us so she wouldn't feel so left out, but still I am in a pickle and if anyone has been through this please let me know what you did about it or if anyone has any suggestions, thanks.

He has cheated before and I have caught him on sites he is not supposed to be(dating sites). I know he hasn't been on any at home but he goes online at work. I know of a few names that he uses and he swears to me that there are not anymore and that he doesnt go on any of these sites at work. How can I be sure though unless I can find out for myself? Can anyone help me find out how I can look these up some how???/ Please I am desperate to save my marriage.

My ex boyrfriend of 9 years, father of my 2 kids was accused almost 2 years ago for something. He denies it - Doesnt seem possible but you never know anyone. There are video tapes, that dont show anything. 2 years and he is still fighting strong waiting to get a trial. My family doesnt like him after this, they have seen him guilty in their eyes. We are no longer together becuz of this now just cuz I had to move. I am currently dating someone who is a pretty good guy which my family loves. But as the time I goes by my ex makes me happier, but I also enjoy that my fmaily approves...Any input?

I live with my boyfiend of four years, my younger 18 year old sister and my two kids (not my boyfriend's). Since my two kids are my responsibility is it fair if I have to pay a majority (75%) of the living expenses- rent, utilities? Am I being taken advantage of or is this equitable?

i have never seen my dad get my mom a present without her asking for something,my borther always asks me to get his girlfriends prestents, &now my boyfriend who is following the same path. im trying to tell him that its not the gift itself that matters to me at all, but the thought that goes into it. i just want something thoughtfull, i dont care if he found it on the street, but he keeps telling me he doesnt know what to give me. ive given him so many hints and even told him a few things i thought would be thoughtful and he is still having trouble. i told him i can buy shoes and clothes myself, and i wanted him to give me something special that has meaning behind it. weve been together for 2 and a half years,why is it so hard for him to think of something special?he wrote me a poem a few monhts ago for my birthday and never gave it to me,its in his computer, so i told him for the holidays to print it out and frame it for me, and he said thats not agift because i already told him. help

Hello !
I am in a bind and am coming to all of you for some great advice.
In the early stages of my relationship with my FH, his mother sat down with me and told me that she would be honored to make my Wedding dress.
In late October, my FH broke the news to his Mom that we plan to be wed in March 2007. He asked her not to make a big production of it because we would like a small, intimate wedding.
In mid November, her father (my FH's grandfather) was diagnosed with stage 4 mesothelioma. I'm sad to say that he passed away a week ago.
Mind you, because of the sensitivity of the matter, I have refrained from talking to her about wedding plans and whatnot.
I might also want to add that she is currently living in Bahrain (an island off of Saudi Arabia).
She is in the states now visiting us and doing Christmas in Disney. I think she's trying to occupy herself so as she is not reminded that she just lost her father.

Ok... we were good around each other, we had fun, but he hadn't hugged me nor kissed me. But then one day he started tickling me and magic happened, the same day we kissed for the first time.

Ok here goes......While me and my hubby tried a week trial seperation, which were back together now and completely happy, he got to know this female friend real good and was talking about our problems with her and seeking her advice. he has never really had girls for friends, however I have always had guy friends through our 12 year relationship. She texts him and calls his cell phone. i have mentioned that it seemed weird she would be calling him about her kids being sick and stuff. And he said if I wanted him to stop talking to her he would but I don't want to ask him to do that. Should I be worried. I TRUST HIM completely. It is her I don't know well.

I have been married 3 times, of which are not my fault they ended except that I wanted and needed a better life from that in which I lived. I started dating a girl about four months ago.. everything is going great, she's beautiful, funny, great to be around. Well, I recently discovered that her mom is my uncle's girlfriend! My friend's mother is tottaly against her music (christian rock), tottaly against her style of clothing (dark clothes), and she claims to be a christian. The mother is a tottal jerk! She doesn't seem to love her daughter at all. The daughter is craving for attention, and she's worrying me. Now she doesn't feel worthy enough to eat! How can I help her feel better?

Here's the situation: My friend has a boyfriend who has an ex-wife & 4 kids. He pays $2900 a month for child support and pays the rent for their living exp. His ex-wife continously calls the house and drives by (at all hours w/kids) just to see if he's home and if he's alone. If he is, she'll stop by and have excuses to argue with him for all kinds of things from reimbursements for the kids extra curricular activities, to church, to cough medicine. You name it, she'll have an excuse to call or stop by to argue about it. She repeatedly calls him at work making it a difficult enviroment for him and all the while she taunts him by saying that people will always choose her side because she has 4 kids. My friend and her boyfriend thinks that maybe something maybe wrong with her and have asked her to go to counseling. They are now fighting for split custody of the kids.
How can they (my friend/her boyfriend) get proof of her continuous harrassment? And get her to stop this behaviour?

i'm close with my bf's sis-in-law but they are now separated because she told me the reason that they need time off from each other for awhile. i understand because they always seem to fight about everything!!!but she told me and the others especially the other family members of her husband that this is just temporary and she even told me that she still wants his husband to be the guy for her and even told us that she wants him to be the father of her kids. i believed her and being a friend i thought i knew her but not until i witnessed something...i saw her with another man, she was being sweet to him like a cuddling kiss!!she saw me and pretended that nothing happend when i left she text me saying that she felt bad for wat i saw and she knows that she could trust me...but this is so wrong!should i tell the brother whom i looked at as a brother or should i confront her???im in between!!!
