Change your routine if you can take a little time to see which cars are parked near your home.
also you can take a camera out with you pretend to do some scenery shots but get some faces in the crowd if you went on foot also
IF the person following you is a professional he will beusing long lens cameras use the back exit when possible but vary your times and daily routine

There is some serious trust issues in your relationship if he is having you followed. A marriage should not be like that....unless you have done something to make him feel that he cannot trust you. If you haven't done anything I would be concerned about how he is handling this.
