Ok YUM!!

Get some Lawrys season salt (or other all seasoning of your choice)
Paprika (small dash to add to flour)
2 eggs
flour
Criso (or vegetable oil)

break up the eggs and stir them in a bowl. POur the flour in another bowl and pour season salt in it, stir.

Heat your grease on med hi (375)

rinse your chicken off really well, dip it first in the egg and then in the flour mixture, coating it really well.

fry it until no more blood comes out when poked and when no more pink is visable when separating it from the bone.

lay on paper towels to drain grease...
