im 33 and all my yonger family members are married and own houses and have great husbands and or boyfriends that are there
for them....i got married young that ended......ive been in three relationships in the last 12 yrs........and not one of them had or has any thing to offer a girl.....im not money hungry....but i would once like a man to cater to my needs for once......im tired of dead beat men with no future...... i wonder what its like to get something in return for once

my friend, A, got an email from another friend ,T, and in it T talked bad about me and all of our other friends. the email was from T's email address but she said she didnt send it, that some1 got on her yahoo. she gives her password to her boyfriend. well A thinks T did send it and i thought that 2, but now i'm not so sure. well A said she got a call from T saying she did send it, but T told me it was her boyfriend and then she told me it was this other guy at our school, K. T said she got an email from K saying he had sent the email to A, but when i told her to forward me the email, she gave me a COPY. so 4 all i know she wrote it. plus the email sounded nothing like K. when i told her to send me the original she said she deleted it! why would u delete ur only proof! well now i dont know whether A is telling the truth or if T is trying to cover herself, her boyfriend, or if she really didnt do it! they r both people i consider my best friends. who would u believe??

I love my boyfriend very much and he feels the same way. He is doing his best to build a bright and new future for us when the new yr hits. My parents dont like him and are not willing to sit down and talk to him and find out what hes like. Tomorrow I need to make a decision on whether or not I should be w/him. I've given him many chances to change and by all the talks we had over the phone I truly believe him. I'm just afraid that my parents will disapprove my decision in going back to him. I know I'm old enough to decide for myself. I'm just afraid that my parents will never speak to me again. What can I do? Times ticking...Thanks!

I know I'm old and traditional, but I am stunned by teenagers' attitude towards sex nowadays. Some wanted to lose 'theirs' as early as possible. In my days (20-30 years ago), we would keep it until marriage or at least to the one we wanted to get married.

Is it just me who is thinking that the Govt should do something to educate this generation about fidelity and commitment? I like the old days when family relationship was closer, and there was less conflict and more respect for each other. Now we just talk about rights and freedom. May be it's just me!

I've never had many male friends, but the few guys I've befriended have all eventually made passes at, even my ex-best friend who happens to be a GAY guy! Is a platonic friendship between a man and a woman even possible? One of my best friends has tons of guy friends and I feel envious sometimes because she can get along with guys and keep it at a friend level. AND NO I’m not a flirt, or lead anyone on, for some reason my male friends that I've had in the past have always tried to take things further, and of course when I say no the friendship is over :(

O.k there is this guy that I like.. we have gone out 2 times in very casula situations..one starbucks the other one a bar...the third time I texted him and he asked me to go over to his apt. we didn't fo anything (because I didn't want to) but still did some very hot kissing...he left for israel on vacation will not come back until january.. now yesterday O.k this one a little weird...he posted a picture in his myspace with another girl ..she has her arms around his neck and in his caption it says: mmmmmmm yep!
what could that mean...any suggestions!! should i give up?? I mean he has known this girl before me and if she was soo special why did he kiss me...I know they are not together but what's the deal here....any advice??

I've been dating this guy for almost a year, he used to be all romantic and everything, then when we moved in together he changed completely, its like hes always mad at me, I can never do anything right. Before he left for bootcamp we used to always cuddle and kiss and everything, then when he got back he was a changed man he won't even hold my hand anymore, but then in other instances he is so sweet and gentle, I just don't know what to do anymore. I want to stay with him but I'm afraid that hes just using me to help pay the bills. Please Help Me know what to do.

My fiance and I split after 5 years, six months ago. He did terrible things (sleeping around, slapping around, treating me like disposable garbage) and now has "changed" and "come to his senses." I moved on as well as I could in the mean time. What specific things can he do to prove that his words aren't empty rhetoric and what can we do as a couple to ensure that this doesn't happen again. (Please don't say couple counseling - that is the only idea I HAVE come up with; and I do know that there are no guarentees in life!) I am just looking for tools to give this the best chance.

I also need tools/tricks to get over how angry/disppointed/apathetic I am at how he has treated me in the past. I know that we can't move on fresh, if I can't move past his old behaviors.

Thanks for your advice and thoughts.

Ok so there is this dance and I asked this guy but he said no to me and I was wondering what should I do to make this guy wish that he had said yes to me... The reason I am so bitter is because I have a really big crush on him and I asked him out on IM and he said no and I was really hurt and I want him to realize that the school non clothing dresser is not the girl that he should have gone with... There is this 12 year old girl with the soul of a 21 yr. old in my neighborhood that likes to hang out with the older crowd. For the last four months she has been hanging on my block around me and friends. She has formed an attachment to me and likes to talk to me and hang out with me. I don't mind becuase she is real cool and down to earth for her age.I don't want to be mean or rude so I allow her to call and talk with me. Oneday last week she asked me to take her to the store and I did. When I dropped her off near her house, her granddad was leaving out and saw her with me. She got in trouble for being in the car with me and they took her cell phone and seen that she has been talking to me regularly. They assumed that something was going on between us but she told them we were just friends. They told her not to have any further contact with me but she has been still calling me. I keep telling her not to call me anymore. I don't wanna hurt her feelings b/c she is like my older friends
