Do you mean your widow's sister or your widowed sister?
Either way though, no, you can't. You can't marry your widow's sister because you'd have to be dead for that.
And, you can't marry your widowed sister because you can't marry your sister in the first place. That's incest.

Oh my gosh...I just saw a movie about something like this on Lifetime this morning...only the widows sister was insaine and tried to kill everyone because she wanted the husband and kids for herself...

you can marry anyone who isnt directly related to you.
IE: brother, sister, first cousin, daughter, son, mother, father.
