My husband and I were having problems and I moved in with my mom for a while. While I was staying with her he was sleeping with some woman in my house, in my bed. We talk about getting back together, but I don't feel like I could ever live in that house or sleep in that bed again. I'm not even sure if I can move past what happened. Any advice?

My "sort of girlfriend" called and didn't leave a message. I recently changed my message machine to say something like "I might be ignoring you (joke)" to whoever is calling. Only problem is, my "sort of girlfriend" and I had an awkward moment when I asked her if she was ignoring my calls. I wonder now If I unintentionally upset her with this. I tend to call a lot, so what do you think I should do from here. Should I call and explain, or wait to see what she does/says?

ok my friend called me the other night and had a problem with his truck and asked me to help him out so I said sure. so we worked for 2 hours looking for the problem and when he found it he kissed me, i was in shock and didn't say anything... but it happend again but it was deeper, he said his gf is cheating on him and other friends have confermed this. he wont break up with her but he keeps coming after me....

Hello everybody--boy do I need your help. Well to start off-I am a married mother of 5 children. I have 3 children with my husband and 2 older children from my first marriage. My husband now tries to separate our kids by identifying them as your kids and "my kids"-I have been supporting all 7 of us for the last 2 yrs and before then I supported 5 of us. See he quits every job he's gotten and I'm tired. He don't drive-I do-even when I had pneumonia-when he does work, he buys games like an X box and blows it in other ways. I can count on one hand and have 3 fingers left of how many times he's payed a bill completely. The only reason why he's still here is because it kills me to see the kids crying for him and I also know that he can't take care of himself out in the world--help me because I have started having conversations with my ex. Please help me--he really does help with our children, but I need someone for me-and no I am not in love with him at all and I've told him.

I will be 36 yrs old soon - I am African American/independent/I've been told I am a very attractive woman/Have my own "stuff"/no kids/good job.
Problem is that I worry sometimes that I will never marry; I am trying desperately not to panic! But it is hard as heck sometimes!!!!
I've done alittle online dating for the last 5 years - they've mainly all been jerks - I mean really disrespectful jerks!! I don't particularly want kids so that's not an issue. And don't get me started on how it feels to see some out of shape, poor, uneducated mother of TEN get married to prince charming! Just keepin it real!
What is so perplexing to me is that I hear people say all the time that it will happen when I "least expect it", but I don't know how to NOT expect it. The marriage rate for Blacks is terrible!! Statically, my chances would be better if I were white woman. I guess my question is - has anyone ever felt this way?

i cant stop crying this christmas.last christmas 7 members of my family died in a house fire including my 3 month year old nieceand my mum.i just cant get over it.and feel so alone.everyone is telling me to try and enjoy 'the festive season' but i just cant and people think im being a scroge.and i have to go to my friends house this year and i feel like a real outsider.any possible way u think i can enjoy this christmas?

im a tall guy ( 6'8 )with mucles ( lots of em ! ) so some times ( mainly wjen i dont have a shirt on )
i can be pretty intimdating.
i also have a reputation to keep up the tough guy rep.
i have a lot of women friends and one day a couple of them decided to come to the gym with me.i had a slight cold and out of no where i sneez and i hate my sneezs because they sound like highpiched squels.
and when i sneezed they whent all like " OMG ! thats so cute and you act like a tough guy but your just a big marshmellow ! "
and the whole gym heard it and started laughing !
and i couldnt stop sneezing !

and backbone and has major insecurities and they constantly call you asking you for advice on the same topic. you give them your honest opinion and feelings , but they dont take your advice. they prefer to stay in the same nonimproving predicament and continue to ask for your adivce of that same topic.

My mom and dad are divorced... and my dad never calls me to come see him he lives two hrs. away. And so i am noy very close with him like i am with my mom. I got out of a 6 year relationship with a girl that was perfect for me. The first 5 years were amazing. The last year became difficult because of various reasons including the start of graduate school and distance issues. We both fell into ruts and were so used to the relationship that things deteriorated from there. Things ended well about 3 months ago. I dont call her, but she still calls me at least once a week and we've hung out maybe 4 times. Although, only one of those times didn't end up in tears. I've made it clear I want to get back with her, but she wants to 'take things slow' with me to get over our issues. Anyways, she was my first really serious relationship and I know there is something to be said about seeing what else is out there. However, I have this big fear that I will check out what is out there for the next however many years and realize that she was the best one and have it be too late for whatever reason. Anyone older than I (26) come to this conclusion?

wondeirng what a curfew for a 17 yr old college student. he has done very well in his first semester. he also playes JR.B hockey with guys that go down to the bars. my son does go down with them and has never found himself in a situation he cant handle. he has payed for his own car and insurance gas... pretty much living on his own with us helping with food and shelter. He also has a girl friend who is 19 and she does not have a curfew. he has been not coming home latly sleeping over at her house. and goin to the bars more often. he turns 18 on the 31s of december. i might add that he does handle himself like a more mature 17 yr old.. he has always been the youngest in everything he has done being born on dec 31st. what do you people feel i should do. right now i have it set to 1 am and he feels he cant do anything with it because he gets home from hockey at 11 and by the time he gets out with his friends it already 12.... am i just having trouble letting go of my Baby...
