Of course!Your friend probably needs you now more then she ever has before, and if you are a true friend you will stay by their side! Why don't you do some research about AIDS and learn how to make sure you keep yourself save, and learn the facts of how AIDS is spread and you'll see that you have nothing to worry about!

No matter what happens to my best friend I will be there for her. Thats what makes us best friends. AIDS doesn't change anything, it just means your friend needs you there that much more. A true friend would be there no matter what.

Definitely. I mean if I wasn't I don't really think that I could have considered myself their friend in the first place. Friends are those people who hang in through the tough time. I would just make sure I didn't get any of his blood on me.

Yes I would. Why wouldn't I? People are so ill informed about AIDS.You really can not get it from hugging or touching.Put yourself in your friends shoes.Would you want to be abandoned because your friends were ill informed? Now more than ever they need a friend.A good one.So I would be there.

Of course! AIDS doesn't get transfered from one person to another unless your bodily fluids mix with someones who have AIDS. Usually it's from sharing needles or having unprotected sex.
So unless you all are having sex together or shooting up together, I wouldn't stop being friends with them.

Yes! That's pretty much discriminatiting. Now in her time in need she needs a friend to help her out and get her through this ordeal. She's probably trusting you. You shouldn't let her down :).

Yes, it wouldn't change her personality. I you had aids, would you want her to be friends with you still?
