my ex borke up with me and she said that she was cutting copntact yet he keeps containg me one way or another. why does she do this??? can no contact makie someone realise if she loves me still???? does she stil have feelings for me casuse she still does this?? the reason i ask is i miss her and want her back but she has been ignorant to me then normal i dont understand we were togather 3 years lived togather 2 is this a phase maybe there was alot of jealousy in the relationship have you ever done it in a relationship

I'm 18, and in my first year at university, and quite frankly I'm lonely. Unfortunately I can't seem to find any female who keeps me enthralled with her long enough to consider a relationship.

I have above average intelligence (high school salutatorian) and many girls my age I have met (especially so far at university) are unbelievably ignorant...

Is it too much for me to ask for a female who matches me intellectually? I am seriously having trouble finding a girl who fits the bill (My high school valedictorian is the only girl I've ever met who has matched me but she goes to school on the opposite side of the continent).

I know I love this guy...he's absolutely adorable and I love everything about him. But, I just moved this last weekend and I know a long distance relationship won't work right now. I'm going to see him tomorrow for the last time in a while. Should I tell him I love him? Or should I let him tell me? Should I kiss him? Or let him kiss me? Ok so I was friends with this guy for over a year, and we were best friends. Then we got into a ton of fights and are no longer friends, and both of us were okay with that. Suddenly the day we got out for christmas break he gave me a card, nothing big really it just said happy holidays. I thought we were enemies, so getting that from him was REALLY confusing. I asked him about it, and he pointed out a historical event our teacher told us about. During WWI two opposing sides stoped fighting on christmas day and had dinner together, the following day they went back to fighting just as they had done before. This was his peace offering for one day, so I pointed out that after the two sides had dinner one day, they went back to fighting just as they had before. His response was "mm...that's correct". So basically he was messing with me by giving me the card. I've tried really hard not to act like a bit** towards him, but I can't believe he would do that. Why is he such a jerk?

ok i ve been taking martial art class and the master's daugther and I are really good friends. I was in a 5 year relationship and we recently broke up. He no longer loved me but it wasn't because he stopped being attracted to me but because we had problems in the past. I was jealous, controlling, and I hurt him with my bad temper. However, there were other parts of me that were great and even he sees that. I was always faithful and I helped him out when he was lonely, sad, broke, etc etc. Basically I loved him but I was young and didn't know how to manage my emotions. Now I am 21 and I honestly see my faults and have actually changed a lot because upon seeing who I was I became angry with myself and knew I had to change for myself not for him. He even told me he thought I was the one and that if it had not been for those negative things we could have had something amazing. So do you guys think if negative things in a relationship are fixed it can one day work again? And I mean fixed because each person does it to improve themselves not just to get the other back. Any examples?

i appear to be only attracted to white guys. it is so sad because i have prayed several times for God to let me be attracted to me within my race. it isn't anything wrong with white guys, but I sometimes think things would be less difficult if I date my own race. Ex and I are still friends, but of course as much as we still care for each other, she is in a relationship right now and just wants friendship yet expects me to just be friends when I still want her back. She won't give me an answer if we will never be together again when asked. Yet there is times I have given space and she reils me back in, but no affection, just friendship. Ok I'm supposed to make a trip over the new years holiday to visit a friend from out of the country. She is going home to visit family so the trip is not in vain. Here is the problem we have kinda been talking informally for quite some time now and I am going to feel really bad about not seeing her because she has waited like 6 months to see me and if i dont see her she will be devastated. She really likes me and I think I would have a great time. The problem is that i recently met this girl and I kind of want to spend new years with her. However if I plan to do that then the room and plans that I made with the visiting girl will go to waste. Ok last night around 4:00am I just going to sleep and all of a sudden I heard a loud Crash and bang. My first thought was someones coming in the slide-n-glass door.
I hear my parents yell and get up. My Dad yells "What the hell, I Gotta get my gun"

My Mom is already going down stairs and she starts yelling if everyones OK.

For a few Minutes I sit there with My neice and Dog and the phone ready to call 911.

When My Mom gets down stairs she looks around the corner into the kitchen and our Cabniet Fell off the wall. Broke all of my mom's things.

so theres me and my Mom cleaning up Glass all over the kitchen!
