Why does my Ex gf still call?

my ex borke up with me and she said that she was cutting copntact yet he keeps containg me one way or another. why does she do this??? can no contact makie someone realise if she loves me still???? does she stil have feelings for me casuse she still does this?? the reason i ask is i miss her and want her back but she has been ignorant to me then normal i dont understand we were togather 3 years lived togather 2 is this a phase maybe there was alot of jealousy in the relationship have you ever done it in a relationship

She is either a drama queen and wants you to chase after her (which will never end and the drama will only get bigger and more severe), she is afraid of being alone and wants to keep you on the back burner as a back-up or she misses the familiarty of your relationship and wants to wean herself away from it. You two broke up for a reason...keep that in mind when considering whether or not you want to keep her in your life at all. More times than not, the only way you can truly move on is to eliminate your ex from your life because as long as they are in it, you don't leave yourself open to the possibilities of another relationship with someone who will truly appreciate you.
