This person always asks for a car ride back home with me...problem is this person lives about an hour away from my house...my brother picks me up on his way and gets reaally tired by the time we get home. He does NOT want to drive another hour out of his way. Obviously one can notice this. However, it is like it is expected of us. I hinted and hinted but it's the same: Can you take me all the way? What the hell do I say??
Oh and of course, my brother never sees any contribution money for gas. Also, this person's friends come along too sometimes...car is packed and everything.

This seems outrageous to spend that much money on her hair, but she has really been pleading with me to let her use her allowance money to pay for this. Something about it includes highlights and curls or something. She has probably been saving for 4 months now. I would just hate for her to waste it on this, you know? What should I do?

I have been with my boyfriend for 2 and a half years. in the start it was awesome, He always wanted to go do something. spend time with me it was the best time of my life. I fell deeply in love with him. I thought he was the one that i was gonna spend my life with. But now the past few months idk what happend. He doesn't like to spend much time with me anymore, he always wants to hang out with this one friend of his (thats a male). He'll get mad and then take it out on me.. no he's never laid a hand on me but he'll sit there and say i'm an idiot, call me a pshyco and I don't even know what I did. He was going to end the relationship lastnight because he said i'm tryin to run his life. and i"m not. I trust him with all my heart and I know he would never cheat. he knows that I don't want anyone eles.. so why is he acting like this to me anymore. he still says he loves me to death. but sometimes I feel that he doesn't.. I love him so much but I can't take it anymore

So I asked a question awhile back about what to do with my boyfriend who lied about going to the strippers. I didn't get my point across. My entire life I have told men I do not care about them going to the strippers. I have even gone to the female strippers and it is not a big deal. I have asked them not to lie because that will make me suspisious. Why can't they just tell the truth instead of lying? I hate lies I don't hate the strippers. But really hate when guys lie about going the stippers. You only lie when you are hiding something. So what are you doing at the strippers if you have to lie about it? Mr.Happy (a yahoo member) said "He nailed those pole jokcies like a texas oil well." That's what goes through my head when men lie.

There is this girl that I really, really like. I really started to like her one day when one day, she and her ex-boyfriend were in the library. I am friends with her ex-boyfriend. Anyway, he started calling me, over and over again. The girl told him to leave me alone every time he tried to bother me, saying that I was doing nothing to annoy him. I liked the way how she seemed so friendly and attractive. She is not one of those mean, preppy girls, although not all of them are mean. She is not too far out of my league, as she went out with my best friend for a year, and a couple of my other friends. Even some of that girl's friends were telling me that I'm cute. I am very nice, and smart, and people tell me I'm attractive, although I don't like to be bragging about this too much. I just feel like I should be with her, and I think I like her more than anyone before, and I don't know why I didn't notice her before. Is this the right girl.

my best guy friend sometimes says these confusing things to me(bear in mind,he has a gf) .he keeps on telling my other friends how much of a happy person i am & he always tell me how nice my smile is.we hang out a lot since we take most subjects & classes together.& one of the main things he does is to tease me like hell(esp abt the guy i like who's one of our friends too).i asked him why he liked teasing me so much & he replied with a "i love to see the reaction on your face cos your face lights up & you have a big smile which is lovely".most of our friends bug us saying that we like each other as well.he gets so concerned when i'm feeling down.
& recently when all of us(our friends) were planning to hang out,his gf(who's a freind of mine as well)told me she's not coming & when i urged him to persuade her to come he was like "i don't even talk to her abt hang outs cos she never comes & she never listens to what i say"
is he trying to be more than a best friend?

ok; my kids are ages 3yrs, 2yrs and 10 months old. they have an older brother who is 5yrs old that was adopted out... this happened due to a jealous family realitve who didn't mind messing my life over because she can't have kids. Now here's my question; I know the kids are too young to understand about their brother... how old should they be when I tell them? I don't want to wait too long so if anybody has any experience with this sort of thing plz. help!!!

If you have been dating for under a year do you think it is silly to mention anything about monthly anniversaries? I think it is cute to just mention "oh hey today is 4 months". I'm newly wed to a divorced dad of a 8yr old son.Jim's exwife is very bitter about this and jealous of me(he did not leave her for me).I think i have made the situation worse by getting involved in the childs school.I attend parent/teacher conferences with jim and other functions.This has really pissed his ex off as she feels she should be the one going with jim not me.She has sent a very nasty letter to the school board saying i am not to have any contact with her childs school.Have i over stepped my bounderaries as a step parent?Should i just back off for now?Jim likes me to go with him but if she is going to make a stink about it he will not stick up for me,as he feels it will just hurt his son.Also for you stepmoms out there how involved are you in your step childs life?She is also mad at the fact that jim and I have our own b-day party for his son.She feels Jim and her should be giving the party for their son together not me.

I had a friend who was a next door neighbor of ours.. When I first met her she seemed completely normal. Little by little I found out details about her such as that she was taking prozac ammoung other anti depressants (which I know nothing about) Anyway, she became a "stressful" friend, I'd cringe when the phone would ring or there was knock on door. She'd pop over anytime even late at night or during dinner and just come right in and taste or even sit down and start eating!! SHe lost her job and it got worse even still! We have since moved, and I don't take her calls or if she pops over I do not answer the door. I have TOLD her to please leave us alone, at first nicely but have HAD to tell her she causes me stress in my own home. I have not spoken to her in about 1 1/2 yr. but she called back in Aug 06 and again the other night saying she had some pics of my kids and wants to get them back to me and catch up with each other! ..cont..

I am married to an Albanian who doesn't live with me, though we are very happy....though I am having an affair with a Polish football hooligan who can never go back after one too many fights.......I have feelings for him, but he has a gf in Poland........I am thinking of ending it when I see him tomorrow.....

My husband was shot when he was younger though he won't go into detail as to how or why.......I just found out his uncle is in prison in England for murder, but he has never even mentioned him before.......

I work really hard and long hours, I don't really sleep much, never have......... I don't get hang overs, ever.

Lets say a girl gets a love poem and she knows who it is from.Then she asks someone if they know who its from. If she asks what does it mean cause If she didn't like the guy who wrote it wouldn't she pretend nothing happened and not even bother asking anyone about it?

We're in a long distance relationship (1.5-2 hours) and don't know how to react to her wanting to get a job there. Naturally it's going to bother me knowing she'll constantly be getting checked out and hit on by other guys, but I don't know if i should just suck it up and support her or voice how I really feel.
