She would spread her legs for a hobo if he gave her a cigarette. I joked with her that we would have to bury her in a Y-shaped coffin although the humour was entirely lost on her. I don't understand her. I wish she would start respecting herself and I wish there was something I could do to help her in this regard. She's an adult though and has her own life to live I realise. This is mainly the reason I've stayed out of her business but it just seems to have gotten out of hand. Some of these men she sleeps with are beyond disgusting. Has anyone else tried to help a friend or family member with something like this? How did you go about it? Thanks.

My ex wrote me an e-mail saying that he was horrible for treating me the way he did and that he misses me. Since then we have been trying to be just friends. He lives in another city where most of my friends live. Whenever I mention coming to see my friends he wants me to come to one of his softball games. One weekend I was going to go to one and told him I was. A family thing happened and I didn't end up going. The next week I got an email from him saying he missed me at the games that he thought I was coming out. What is going on? He also keeps emailing me about the fact that he might be moving out of state.

My BF is so confident that he is never wrong, and sadly he usually is right or atleast he can BS well enough that I can't prove him wrong. But today I caught him makng a mistake after hours of telling me he was right and I was wrong. As a result I get to be the "boss" for the day next Saturday and he has to do anything and everything I tell him as long as it does not result in permenant injury of course.

So please give me some ideas, I need the help. And remember this is supposed to be a little fun. Just remember he is my BF not my enemy but a little embarrassment would be fun. ;)

If you loved someone with all your being, and he has hurt you, cheated on you, broken up with you.........and your mom doesnt like him because he is not the same culture as you, would you still marry him or be with him? Cause you truly love him?

I was reading today's (12/13/06) column on Annie's Mailbox, and as much as I wish I could post the entire column, because of copyright considerations I won't do so. However, the letter writer wrote more or less the following, "A spouse who violates his/her marriage vows commits adultery. Yet, why is there no public disdain for a spouse who fails to fulfill the implied marital vows of intimacy?", for which the columnists answered: "Spouses should make every effort to maintain intimacy in a marriage. It is crucial to the health of the relationship."

Now, again, why does that go out the window when a spouse has been exposed for seeking elsewhere what he/she couldn't get at home?

My personal view is that both should bear EQUAL responsibility for the violation of marital vows in such cases, and society is doing millions of people a disservice by vindicating one spouse and condemning the other one.

Okay, guys - what is up with the fact that everytime I kiss a guy, his hands go straight for my boobs? Do they want to touch my boobs ANYWAY and this is their opportunity? Or is there something I don't know?

Is anyone else just sick of hearing 'you're doing the right thing, you're being the bigger person, don't stoop to their level'. While the other parent is being lax in their parental rights and obligations (not paying support, not seeing the kids) Am I the only one that struggles sometimes with wanting to equal the playing field and lower myself to his level? I would never actually do it, but I do wonder about what it would be like to play dirty...does anyone else struggle with this?
I do know that 'stooping' to a lower level would not be in the best interset of my kids...and that's why I ~don't~ do it. But I just wanted to know I"m not alone.

Hi and thank you for taking the time to read my question. I am trying to find my dad, i have not seen him in 29 years since i was 3. I know his name is Raymond F. Aust and he changed his name to Raymond M. Shelon his birthday is 6/26/1946. I know that at one time he was a pilot. And last i heard he was in florida.
He would be 60 years old now. I have his ssn on my birth certificate also. I have paid for search engines that got me little or no information. Any information or help is greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone.

My gf and I had been doing incredibly well and on friday we had a really bad date night. She heard some bad news about her sister and I had never seen her upset or mad before and we had a big miscommunication on when we were meeting that night. Through the entire evening, she was criticizing me on so many things about me, so as a result, I was acting differently through the night. She accused me of being too sensitive, too serious, acting unconfident for the first time, and she was incredibly distant and unaffectionate for the first time. The more I tried to do to cheer her up and get closer, the more she would pull away and get upset. She ended up cancelling our plans the next day, told me she would call me on sunday as to when we would be getting together that day and she never called. On monday she called me to see how I was doing, she said she ended up doing nothing the last few days and went to bed real early and she will be seeing me on sat. Is it over or am I safe?

If your Love of your life just up and left you because she said she was confused after dating for 3 and half years. Do you wait around and see if she can figure it out on her own or should i move on when we talked still she told me she loved me and will always but she cant be with me right now. Although now she completely ignores me so whats that mean i always heard that if an ex is a total a$$ to you then she wants back with you.

He has recently proposed and i said yes, but do you think its too soon, or are we too young, or does it even matter how old you are or how soon it is too get engaged? We both are really serious about eachother.

Wel, 1st of all my bf broke up w/ me. But we're still friends. And I still really like him! Wel my best friend decided that she wantd him. And now she's going after him. I told her that I don't want her to date him but she said that she's going to anyway. She sed that if I was a real friend that I would let her date him so she could be happy. I thought it was like a rule not to date ex-boyfriends if your friend doesn't want you to. She says that I'm the one being mean and that the way I think is wrong. (Plus: she's already gone out with him twice!!!!). So am I wrong to be mad at her? And if you can help what should I do about it?

My Granny is frankly getting more and more obnoxios the older she gets. She has always tried 2 embarrass people and get attention, and really do anything 2 make herself look more upper class than she is (which drove her to bankruptcy) She came to visit the other day, and well...shes a big woman...really big, and she had fallen, landed on her butt, and had a bruise. She decided we all needed 2 see it, so she dropped her pants in front of me, my dad, my mom, my sis and my fiance to show is her bruise. This was GROSS-nobody wanted to see it, a simple, I fell and hurt my butt would have been more than enough. She has NO social graces anymore, and has recently told me that she has gotten my fiance a present for christmas thats really sexy and she wants 2 embarrass him, which is just wierd coming from a grandmother, she is dying 2 throw me a lingerie shower! I'm basically sick of cringing everytime I'm near her, how do we get her 2 keep her pants on and quit doing lude things for attention?
