How do you tell some one to stop poping up to your house without calling with out hurting their feelings?

I celebarate and get all into it still, my brother died in a car accident on Christmas morning 4 years ago, and although I miss him very much Christmas is still enjoyable to me. I love to watch my children on Christmas morning, but I would say there's alittle part of me that feels guilty seeing as my brother died on the exact day. My Dad and Mom although they are separated don't get in to the Christmas spirit as much as before, they will give gifts but not really be into Christmas, meaning they don't put up a tree anymore or decorate. They just give the grandkids presents and then they are sad they hole day. Is it wrong for me to still be happy on the day of Christmas????

My boyfriend has been living with me at my house for quite a while and everything was all good until he recently brought over his bulldog from his parents house. I used to feel sorry for the little chap because I always thought that my german sheppard was picking on him, but i come to find out that its the bulldog starting all of the little fights. Now that I've been working at home I see how this little **** just harrasses my german sheppard all day long to the point where he can't even find a decent spot to sleep. Now its like the bulldog is just taking over and the german shep is the stepchild. He eats his food, steals his toys, and heaven forbid you show the germa any attention because here comes the cock blocker coming to steal his alone time. I can't stand it anymore!! I don't have the heart to tell my boyfriend because I don't want to hurt him. He's not home enough to see what is really going on so I'm afraid it'll sound like I'm making it all up! what to do???

i have a g/f who cheated on me about this time last year. she wanted to try and work things out with me and so i flew her up to where i relocated outside of pittsburgh. well she wouldnt touch me, hug me, nothing physical etc. all of the sudden she walked in and said she was leaving to go back to southern cal into the arms of the guy she was seeing behind my back. well to make a long story short this is now the FOURTH time she has been here in one year. (im stupid - i know) however, she has been here for 3 months now, and still wont be physical, or even affectionate with me at all. only once has she wanted to have sex, & mind you this comes from a woman who wanted it EVERY night before she hooked up with this guy. we have been dating since 2001, and now that i seem to have a lot more woman friends, and they start to like me b/c i dont drink and try to screw them, they take interest in me. so do i just tell my g/f to buzz off and thanks for nothing, or keep trying to change her ways.

I know quite a few boys like me at school, but I can't tell with this paticular person, he is really nice to everyone and I don't think he is being selectivly nice to me.
He doesn't wait for me after lessons, but we talk sometimes. I got his number off a friend but I havn't really used it because its cheating.
He sometimes tries to catch my eye and talk to me. He asks me to borrow things sometimes and his best friend found out I liked him and he thinks I should ask him out.

I don’t want to hit her back. If I call the cops I’m afraid they wont believe me. She threatens me saying she would tell them that I am the abusive one. I have NEVER hit her. I don’t fight back because I don’t want to hurt her. I’m not a violent person. She is small & petite, she uses random things as weapons. She also threatens to call the cops and tell them I’m beating her if I try to leave her. I know she isn’t bluffing because her sister did the same thing to her husband and had him put in jail. Her family has a history of abuse. I’m worried that our 2-year-old child will be affected by seeing the abuse. Is there a way I can secretly videotape the abuse and use it in court to get custody of my kid and a restraining order on her? I know courts usually side with women. My wife has serious mental problems; ironically she has a Psychology degree. I love my wife but want her to change. I need some advice & help please.

Twenty years ago I changed my first name. My immediate family and a few close cousins adapted to the change with no problem. However, still after 20 years, some relatives refuse to call me by the new name (which is not new anymore). In the past, because I didn't see them often, I let them get away with it. But at a recent reunion, these relatives introduced me by my old name which really irritated me. Now I beginning to want to stay away from family gatherings because I'm losing patience with relatives who feel they have the right to call me what they want, and I may end up saying something sarcastic. Suggestions from outsiders would help.

We have been married for 13 years and ever since we got married, he cannot be approached for any sane conversation. He is always either reading a news paper, laptop, tv or a phone conversation and worst of all he uses his work as an excuse to ignore me. How do I handle this? He says that he will talk to me once he finishes reading the news paper, and the moment he finishes that he starts browsing the net, within which time he gets a call from work and when that is over it is time for the tv by which time it is time for bed. Then when I lose my patience and ask him why he does it, he says, instead of talking to you, I better finish my office work on the laptop and again sits with the laptop till I am fast asleep. He is extremely rude with me. But to the outside world he pretends that he is the most loving husband of all. We have also seen a counsellor and it did not help.
