Pork is the best tasting but the most unhealthy too. Got some pro and con there. But porkchops or spareribs with bbq sauce are the best.

then comes ham
then comes turkey even though turkey tastes like chicken.

I cant say ive tried all the meats in the world, so from my own personal taste i would say lamb, especially with mint sauce.
