You can get involve but I would take it slow.

Absolutely not. Getting involved could just prolong her fight for divorce and give the other party mud to sling. I think so many people get involve prior to their divorce being final and it cause the question in the other party if this was going on prior to the separation. It's best not to get involved. If she is still interested after her divorce is final then give it a chance.

Nothing says "I'm ready to commit to you 100%" like someone who isn't even divorced yet.

This is the only woman on the planet you can find?

Give her 2 years to get over the first marriage. Geezus what's the rush - people on the rebound are notoriously undecided and unstable.

here in North Carolina you have to be seperated a year before you can file for divorce - all states are different. I would say why not. I'm seperated from my husband - been so for almost a year now - I've had a boyfriend and no problems

Certainly. Just don't set your expectations to high. Be prepared for any drama. Jealous soon to be ex-spouse, possible reconciliation, or even you as her temporary rebound boyfriend. As long as you realize that this relationship may have a pretty good chance of ending, then go for it.

I wouldn't get too close.

A lot of people get taken for a ride in these situations.

I WOULD SAY NO! GIVE HER SOMETIME TO GET THROUGH HER DIVORCE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE A REBOUND OR GET INVLOLVED WITH THE MESSY ISSUES SURROUNDING A DIVORCE. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE AND JUST WAIT IT OUT.

no, I think you should be a good friend to her, but wait till its all over and done with and she is well enough to be able to give all of herself to you, otherwise you might get hurt for no real reason

You should wait until they officially divorce. She might want to go back with her husband.
