My 6 month old daughter lives with me and her father is just starting to show interest in her. There has been an incident before when he tried to take her and I had to call the police for him to return her( all in one day). And he hasnt kept her since then and now he wants to start having visitation in which I dont mind I just dont want to have the same problem. Do I need to go to court to get full legal custody or could I just have him sign a notorized letter stateing that I have full custody and he have visitation rights without haveing any legal problems in case he were to try and take her again.

The problem wiht today's society isn't because of drugs, or AIDS, or guns, or poverty, or unwed mothers. Our world is faced with all these problems because people are trying to fill themselves with false love and satisfaction. Parents: your teenage daughter isn't acting like a tramp because its cool she's doing it because she doesn't have enough self respect; and your teenage son is not doing steroids to do better, its so he will finally be good enough. All children want is to be loved and accepted by their parents; sons want to be told they are strong, smart, and good looking; and daughters want to be told they are beautiful, captivating, and loveable. Parents give your children Love, show them what true Love is, and make sure they know they are always worth it...always!

We are to wed on January 27th. We met through eHarmony. According to this wedding planner we have been using, we are supposed to give each other a personal gift for the wedding. Now, I have no limit to the list of things I can give her as a present, but I dont think they are good enough. More like things for Christmas or a Birthday.

I am hoping for some ideas for some more personalized gifts. I dont want you to tell me exactly what to get, just some ideas, maybe some websites. I want to be able to choose ya know? I just need some help getting off the ground.

what can i do to increase my baby's feelings for me and decrease his feelings for his ex,

I was raped(see my other ?) by a friend. He apoligized and a while later I forgave him. Is he using tis to keep me from telling anyone(like the cops) or to get close and do it again??

What are the chances of him doing this again?? Can he really change?? Does he feel different now?? I forgave him but he is trying to get closer than "friends" again.

If you & your partner were seprated for 10 months & you were trying to get back together, "she moved out 10 months ago." You found out that she has put her profile recently back on the internet & you were planning on letting her drive one of your cars to see her mother in Arkansas for Christmas, for 10 days, plus give her your American Express card to go on & stay in the Motel of her choice & eat where she wants to. Would you still do this? She is on disability & gets only $743 per month, so she doesn't have much money to live on.

Her dad lives in Texas but her mom lives in CA. Her mom does so much for her and loves her so much! My friend loves her dad alot but, he moved with his newest wife and her kid to Texas. A friend of mine broke up w/her boyfriend 3 weeks ago. She has been distraught for the past week and thinking she's psycho. We are both married but are so undeniably attracted to each other and there is so much chemistry. I have never looked into someones eyes and felt such a burning and longing for him.
