I was raped(see my other ?) by a friend. He apoligized and a while later I forgave him. Is he using tis to keep me from telling anyone(like the cops) or to get close and do it again??

Hi Ashlea, I tried 3 times to read your other question. It kept saying OOPS, so i am going on what i feel about this. Ashlea, he rape you, and then had the nerve to apologize. Sweetie, rape is a violate crime. I would of reported him to the police at the time it happen. He thinks since you didn't report him, he can do it again,and nothing will happen to him. You need to stay clear of him. LEARN TO YELL RAPE, SPECIALLY WHEN HE IS AROUND YOU. This is the worse thing anyone can do to a person. First of all, I am not sure how a person who is supposed to be your friend could rape you? Even still I HAVE NO FREAKING CLUE how you could forgive him. What, did he say he was drunk? Whatever, but u cannot let a scumbag like that get anywhere near you again. Also, the longer you go without telling the cops, the less likely you will be able to prosecute if you change your mind.

The best thing to do is talk this out with someone you TRUST, tell them exactly whats happened. The person who raped you may end up doing it again maybe not to you but maybe to somebody else and now you know how it feels to be raped save somebody else from it and tell the authorities.
Explain to this person that you are doing it for everyone involved, not just you or somebody else but for him too because he needs help.
Rape is very scary and confusing, be open about it to someone you trust, it can help with the healing process.
Its best you dont trust this person again, not until you know in your heart he can be forgiven.

Just dont let him get u on ur own u know just the two of u that is a trap. Just tell him u want to be friends and if he does it again then get the cops. that is only if he does it again but dont wait more than a day because that will be ur evedence against him. or just try what u think.

Without reading your other post I'd say there's not only a good chance that he's going to rape again but, he's going to rape you. Do you know why, you didn't do anything about it, and now, you forgave him so, he knows he's free again, to do it again. How foolish. If I were you I'd go to the police without saying anything to anyone right now. Maybe he's raped others and you don't know about it. What's next?

I dont know how close u are with him, but a rape can never been forgiven. Before telling the police, talk with a close friend, someóne that you trust about it as soon as possible, dont keep this for your self. And no matter how close he is to you, dont ever forgive him.

He could very well do it again. YOu should at the very least file a report in case it does happen to someone else who might want to press charges.
It's okay to forgive it's good for the soul, but you need to stay away from him. Why put urself in the situation for it to happen again. Learn the first time, don't make the same mistake twice!

YES!!! he will and YES he is using this to keep you from telling...think about this...what if he does it to some other girl and he really hurts her or gets her pregnant. He will hurt you again and he might get more aggresive and hurt you worse. I think you should go to the cops honey, or at least to a councilor, don't let this go by just like that. THAT BASTARD HAS TO PAY!!!!!!
