This guy is my age (27) He is totally sweet, and a little shy!! There are some other things that bother me, though. He moved here 8 months ago to "get away". He has a som back home. He has NO phone, no House, and no car. He stays at his brothers apartment and calls me from other peoples cell phones. We went out the other night and he was SHORT on the tab, so I payed it. I can't tell if I just met him while in transition. I sometimes think he is telling me the truth. I know that if you are single...why spemd money if you can save by mooching...but COME ON!! I am torn...what do you think. He says he has plans and is going to get an apartment. He does have a job---at a restaurant.

I'm hoping that someone has some experience and can offer insight.

I have a family mmber going through a divorce, their soon to be ex-wife is just a nightmare. She's been diagnosed as having a border line personality disorder & Multiple personalities (seriosuly), has abandoned her kids, and has been having an affair with a Dr. she works with (on a seperate topic, she's not an attractive woman and that makes this all the more puzzling) and has tried committing suicide (well, she took aspirin and called a bunch of people, twice).

At any rate, shes trying to get alimony, does not want to pay child support wants to take my brothers retirement accounts as well as stick him with all of her attorneys fees. Essentially, she wants to drop all her resposnibilities, take my brothers to the cleaners and receive alimony checks.

Does anyone have any idea of what type of outcome he can expect? Until about 6 mo.s ago, she used to make more than him and now she dropped her work to two days a week.

I had sex with a man on thursday which I met at a local bar he was the bartender at the location. We had a great time and great sex however, when he dropped me off at my house he didnt ask for my number but he gave me his buisness card (he is a photographer). my husband is out of the country and I like to call him because i miss him so much. Eventhough i call him everyday he hardly calls me. When i call him he says his busy. He is working out of the country. I always get on him for not calling me, and he tells me that he is working hard for our future and the childrens future. he says i need to give him more support instead of getting mad about little things like not calling me. I'm getting divorced and I have a problem with the cars my husband and I had. He bought me a car (it's financed under his name) and I bought him a truck (it's financed under my name). My car is almost paid off, the payments are only about $150 a month which I could totally afford on my own now. The truck is new and have only paid about $4K off on it and it's a $19K payoff. The monthly payments are $500! I CANNOT afford to take the truck back. If I take it back to the dealer where I bought it and turn it in, how much will I get back? What happens? I'll have to trade it back in to get a new car ASAP (I won't have time to privately sell it). Can someone please explain to me what will happen? Also, I am BROKE right now and can't afford to have to put a down on a new car and my credit isn't good. Will that matter since I'm trading in? Please help!!! You can IM me at TucKitty820 on AIM. In the past, my step-sister thought I was liking her boyfriend and thinking I was getting together with him behind her back. After we discussed this and I let her know how I felt about her accusations, she just went about things like nothing was said. However, I am still pissed off and just want her to get on with her life. It's hard to just go back to the way things were after someone things you would do such a thing to them.
