Has anyone here ever felt so insecure, that it interferes with thier life? I feel like everyone is judging me all the time and I am starting to miss out on things because I don't feel I have the confidence. Although, I have gotton a lot better over the last few years, when I made a lot of good friends when I moved to Sixth Form and then Uni. Anyone got any tips for overcoming lack of confidence and insecurity?

i ran into this guy about 9 months ago and we hit it off.I was still bitter about catching my ex of a few years cheating(they r mutual freinds)he listened and understood,he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept,he was such a gentlamn,things wereawkward the next morning when helft,a mutual freind told me he liked me but was freaked about my ex(who still wants me back)i saw this guy again 2 months later and he came to me and said"your killing me",he made me melt.my ex was also there and upset that we liked eachother.i sent this guy a text a couple weeks after and he never replied.i saw him again at a party a few weeks ago(6 months later)and he walked in with another girl(although it did not appear thatthey were'together')he saw me and looked away,that hurt.i will be seeing him this week at a funeral,how should i act towards him?

My wife and I have had a strained marriage for over 14 years. We have agreed to stay together for our chidrens sake but we are mostly friends and NOT lovers. We rarely have sex or do anything together.

The past two years I have been in contact with my true love via email and phone. We split 20 years ago because she moved and she and I both have feelings for each other. She recently has asked to see me. We have not seen each other for over 20 years.

I am 5 months pregnant and worried for our future. I know that he loves me, but I found "searches" and evidence of his browsing gay porn sites when I have been sleeping. (Being 5 months pregnant I need more sleep, so I go to bed at 9-10pm and he stays up until perhaps 3am.) Is this just curiosity? "Measuring up" against other males, or what? Is he secretly on the "down low"? We are still being "intimate" but not as much due to my condition. It is alright if he turns up being gay or bi, but I do not want to pursue a relationship with him if he is bisexual, because I am not interested in the possibility of him cheating or "getting ideas" because I won't "bounce back" to my former glory right after the baby comes. I have told him that I am willing to discuss this with him when he is ready and I want him to be honest with me, but I had caught him before and talked to him about this... so he knows it bothers me but he continues. Is this his curiosity or a real problem?

His son was abused by his ex-wife's boyfriend a few years ago, so he is very protective of his son. Which I totally understand, but this 5 year old is extremely disrespectful, and never listens. I am not allowed to spank him, and I can't keep him in a time out. What other options do I have.

I have another question up on this issue, but...

My soon to be ex-sister in law was arrested for having assaulted her adult daughter in the family home.

My brothers attorney has state that as the daughter does not live in the residence (nor does the ex-wife) that this situation cannot even be mentioned in the divorce case.

Does this make sense to anyone? It would seems to show what type of parent she actually is and would weigh on child custody for their other daughter, who is a minor.
