Pl talk to her (face to face) donot take any mediators and love is a wonderful thing so donot miss it. First u will think U r love is true or not if it is true talk to her directly Donot think abt her thoughts ,talk 2 her and clear Ok Best of luck

ask her out for a cup of tea at nite. cafe to be chose should be a nice and quiet and comfortable cosy place. u can prepare a handmade gift something which you can do yourself and represent your sincerity.
on the day itself, dress well, smart casual. act normally.
talk to her ...... anything.... fashion,classmates,jobs ,colleagues..
Then when you are ready..... go to the gents, look into ur own eyes in front of the mirror and say:" I am going to do it!!! I am gonna follow my heart and say this Once!!! I am not going to regret in future for telling her I love her BECAUse if i am not going to do it..... she never will noe....and i am just a fren in her life...
